Manager made us really good subs. Best cold cut combo I've had from any location nationwide. She was also amazing at dealing with an unruly and unreasonable guest, A++

I came in recently to get sandwiches for me and my boyfriend! I ordered a generic sandwich but the man (I believe his name was Micheal) making my sandwich was so rude, he acted like I was forcing him to burn the place down! Every single time I asked for something he sighed dramatically! On top of it all he reaked of rotten food. I do not mean to be rude but I held my breath the whole time. My sandwich was messy and he frequently grabbed the wrong ingredient for my sandwich and had to correct him. On top of it all the music ruined the vibes. They kept playing the same generic christmas music and it was extremely loud.
If the owner is reading this please be aware that Micheal is an unfit employee for your restaurant and is contaminating the food with his dirty hands!

The food is roughly about the same at every subway. However, the staff can absolutely make the experience. I didn't catch his name, but the guy who made my order was awesome! Very engaging, very fun, and funny. I would come back just to have such a positive experience with him again. The other staff seemed to look to him for guidance, so he may have been a lead. The sandwich was good and the experience even better.

Me and my family of three went to the Scappoose subway for dinner after a long day of garage selling and we got what we usually ordered and I got a elite chicken bacon ranch and the man behind the counter had a attitude the whole time when I asked for extra chicken instead of bacon and he gave us a snarky reply and I asked if it was a problem and he said he was just trying to figure out how to charge me for the extra chicken and later when asked if he could cut my sandwich with a clean knife because of my beef allergy he said he wasn't going to cut it unless I specifically asked him to. I said I shouldn't have to ask you to cut it because they always cut it but he didn't cut it. then we got home and started eating I find a piece of beef in my sandwhich. I have never dealt with such a rude person at subway because of my food allergies.

I wanted to buy breakfast, I was waiting at the door, it says opens at 9. The door is closed. It's already late when an unhappy woman opens the door, I said hello, which I didn't even hear. And she just went somewhere and that's it. I just turned around and went to the Starbucks next door. I'll never come back here again!

I was one of many to walk out the day I went in there. The guy behind the counter took 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. He looked dazed and confused and completely out of his mind. If you want to watch a train wreck this is the place. If you want a sandwich go somewhere else.

Staff is awesome even when only one person working. Owner needs to step up and come in to help until they can hire more people. I love this Subway, but feel bad for the one and only lady having to work the busy lunch shift with all the students that eat there.
Would love to speak to owners.

Showed up and told I had to wait for sandwich’s ahead of me as I watched two workers behind the counter have a friendly conversation…not exactly service friendly…took much longer than I expected.

Out of turkey and I asked for half cheese on my meatball and they get attitude .the staff speaking to eachother as if I am not standanding in front of them, out of the cheese that I ordered and out of the meat and half my order not ready .
For some reason they're always out of a lot of stuff. And when you order thru the app, it doesn't let you know that.

They have a drive thru - once your in the drive thru you get treated with a small piece of paper on the board saying its closed .. handy. Drive out and go back in to their parking lot, the smallest parking lot I could imagine.Regardless, the service was ok, the sandwich was ok, very small location.
Parking: Tiny parking lot, if you have a decent sized vehicle it would be best to park on the street.

The employees are rude very unhappy and from the looks of the vegetables lazy as hell and don't ask for olives no matter what you do they always fight me on the olives they won't give them up even when I offer to pay for them and today charged me for extra roast beef saying it cost the same as extra olives the only way this place survives is the school across the street so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else anywhere else 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches served up by unhappy small town un educated woman I've decided today was my last subway sandwich

You can clearly tell how bright management is by the sign placed at the end of the drive-through that the drive-through is closed instead of just putting the sign at the beginning of the drive-through that’s why y’all don’t deserve more than $15 an hour
