They have a drive thru - once your in the drive thru you get treated with a small piece of paper on the board saying its closed .. handy. Drive out and go back in to their parking lot, the smallest parking lot I could imagine.Regardless, the service was ok, the sandwich was ok, very small location.Parking: Tiny parking lot, if you have a decent sized vehicle it would be best to park on the street.

The employees are rude very unhappy and from the looks of the vegetables lazy as hell and don't ask for olives no matter what you do they always fight me on the olives they won't give them up even when I offer to pay for them and today charged me for extra roast beef saying it cost the same as extra olives the only way this place survives is the school across the street so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else anywhere else 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches served up by unhappy small town un educated woman I've decided today was my last subway sandwich

You can clearly tell how bright management is by the sign placed at the end of the drive-through that the drive-through is closed instead of just putting the sign at the beginning of the drive-through that’s why y’all don’t deserve more than $15 an hour

Walk in and waited about 5 to 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. For me, that is too long to welcome or to start helping any customer.

We went through the drive thru (9/31/23)... mistake #1... because it had been a very active day and we were tired. The menu is close to the exhaust fan so it was hard to hear her, but we tried... mistake #2. The rude, elderly employee asked what we wanted... simple enough so we thought...mistake #3.I asked my son what he would like, he told me so I let her know. It went downhill from there because we wanted the bacon warmed so it wasn't cold and greasy. Asked my husband what he would like... she yelled at us for too many people talking (how am I supposed to relay their order if we don't speak?), she yelled because I was trying to give her our order and didn't specify the type of bread fast enough, etc. After we ordered she tells us we are going to have to wait because there are 6 sandwiches in front of us, ok great, it happens. We get our food and made the mistake of not checking it first. My son had cold greasy bacon, my husband had extra mayo even though we said no mayo and my 6 inch philly (received a 12 inch) had mayo (said no condiments) and it wasn't toasted like I asked for. That grumpy old woman needs a new job that doesn't involve other humans and someone with better people and listening skills needs to take over the window position. Never again will we go to that subway again!!!

Love getting subway but it's gotten ridiculously expensive so it's not even worth it anymore. No meal deals you name it. At this point you might as well go to a restaurant and eat. Bring back $5 foot longs!!!

Edit Aug 2023. I mostly order to go. Hard working employees, fast service and orders have been getting made more accurately. Great location. They do not skimp on ingredients. I like that I can order online and run inside and grab my sub without waiting in line. Good Job Subway for bringing the A game.I come here quite a lot. The employees are all very friendly. I like that i can watch my food being made and know that my food is being handled cleanly. I took one star away as I find when I call orders in mistakes about order accuracy occur. Update: Food prep area not designed for short employee's, sleeves and smocks touch food during preparation.

Helens, OreCould not get service at allThe two kiddy melted down,So anyway here #2 subway store: one person at counterNo help, she working on call in subs, there no eye contact at all, not friendly at all, she all stress out, beside here self, were the managerAt????,The drive threw was close too.Wife an I waited a whileShe had 3 order working onSlow as a Slug.More people's came in, waiting, so this was #2 subway store, it not any better than the other one,There must be big management problems with this company, l really belive these places are going buy,buy soon.So I won't do any businessWith subway store again.Could no fill questions below, no fu*king service at all,

Decided to give my local Subway a try as new person in town, it was a very regrettable decision. The elderly lady taking my order sisnr even let me get to choosing my protein before interrupting me and stating that "she needed to know exactly what I was going to get because it's a formula". It's a Subway lady, I've never had someone tell me I can't build my sandwich the way I want to. Straight up rude and dismissive as I left without even getting to order a sandwich. Not sure what her issue was all about but I'm definitely not returning to this location, specifically because of the elderly lady with a bad attitude.
