Was excited to try this place out, but as soon as we arrived the lady working there was very rude. Not welcoming at all. The cider did not taste that great and felt very watery. Overall the vibe in this place is not worth your time. Skip it and go to another coffee shop or Starbucks instead.
Next time try to treat your customers better and actually serve good quality drinks.

The barista was very friendly, and it didn't take long to order my drink. I got the iced 12 oz white mocha coffee. It did taste a little bit like white mocha, and it was good. I also asked for whipped cream on top, but unfortunately, I didn't get any.

Worst customer service ever and poor attitudes and manners from the 3 female baristas working that day (Aug 21). Had a very NEGATIVE atmosphere and vibe the moment we walked in that morning ... NO happy friendly greeting at all from anyone running the cafe ... employees displayed an attitude like they hated working there. Got a lot of bad lip service and bad attitude from one of the employees when I asked to buy a pastry that just came out of the oven ... I would NOT recommend this place.

Me and my fiancé were very excited to get a warm drink as it was a little chilly and we decided to support local and try this spot as I remember it being good in the past. When we walked in all 3 employees looked dissatisfied about a customer coming in. When we went to order we asked for a HOT white chocolate raspberry mocha (very common flavor/order in my opinion). The girl at the register looked at me with a weird look and told me she couldn’t make that and pointed to the flavor list (raspberry was listed). I didn’t know what to say and then one of the other employees stepped over. This girl was ruder than the first telling me she couldn’t make me the drink hot and could ONLY do iced with that flavor because the “syrup curdles” and rolled her eyes. I’ve never had any issues ordering at a cafe or shop due to this and she claims it is due to natural ingredients. Again, never had this issue. I would have had no problem ordering something else had staff been kinder to me and my partner.

I highly recommend the bakery items, which are fresh and made from scratch. I had the triple berry scone (blackberry, blueberry, and cranberry, I think), and it was not only delicious but big enough to split or take some home.
