We got down town late on a Thursday night and went into this restaurant because it looked good. We didn’t realize we arrived at 755 and they close at 800. Did not realize this until after we ordered our food. We tried to apologize but they kept saying it was fine. They gave exceptional service and their food was incredible! Great food and minors are allowed. Highly recommend!

Stop serving pre-made frozen food and charging expensive prices plus adding on 18 percent gratuity automatically. If you have to force people to tip it's because you know you don't deserve it
Food is mediocre and not very warm. Frozen burger patties. Nothing was special or homemade. $80 for 2 burgers and a child's chicken strip basket. They add 18% gratuity automatically. No return customer from us.

Family of four, kids got ice cream next door. To my knowledge Big Kahuna doesn’t sell ice cream. We wanted to stop by and have a drink and sit outside. My wife had ordered a drink while I got ice cream for the kids. They wouldn’t let my kids sit at the table with us because they had ice cream. Sad deal for them. We won’t be back. Petty rules cost you $$ snd a bad review.

I rarely get out anymore, but I had an excellent time here. The Big Kahuna Burger was absolutely fantastic and the service perfect. Super nice place and owner, we definitely need more places like this here on the Oregon Coast. Kudos to everything you're doing!
