try the D.Q. in Gearheart on highway 101 just north of Seaside, worth the ten-minute drive. no drive thru, but the staff were friendly, and the Dairy Queen cones were great.

Prompt but ultimately disappointing service as the associate incorrectly input our order.We ordered 3 medium Blizzards.We got 1 medium Blizzard and 2 small Blizzards. The receipt said as much.Our autistic family member nearly had a minor meltdown as a result.

Food isn’t that great. Fries tasted old and the burger wasn’t the best. Not expecting it to be perfect but honestly I would rather go to McDonald’s next time. This location has reopened FYI. 3 star review.

I've never been to this DQ as far as I remember, but this location is permanently closed. The menus above the counter are gone. Even the location's webpage got taken down. According to an employee at the Gearhart location, the property has been sold and is gonna become a new restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick and cheap lunch in summer 2019 and the guy taking our order smelled very strong of alcohol and messed up our order then the food took quite a while and burgers were not cooked very well and did not taste good at all, Ice cream and everything else was okay.

They can be really busy since the pandemic. Only the drive through is open and the line can be 10 cars deep. But the staff are always friendly and the ice cream is yummy!

Well now I read the reviews, I can see why my experience was no different than most. While I stood there waiting on my order, noticed the cook grabbing the uncooked chicken out of the bag and sticking it in the oven bare handed. No one had gloves on. This as the SARS outbreak was just developing a few weeks ago. Totally unsanitary. As simple as the order was, it still got messed up. Tossed it in the trash. Will definitely NOT be visiting this location again.
