Five people on shift. One visibly working. The others sitting around talking. I'm not going to sit and wait 5+ minutes getting swarmed by wasps to wait for you to stop talking and take an order. There wasn't even a line ffs. Very disappointing.

The place is quick and efficient .workers are always great and polite and strike up a conversation with me..since I am the driver and the guy who pays .lol..wish I liked coffee
I think they have the right idea...hope you guys come to sr Bay area someday..maybe when the crime is less...here is hoping..

My app was weirding out so I paid with cash. Then after leaving I saw that there was a Sticker Drop and I had already left. He didn't offer me one when I was there. I was so disappointed. I LOVE GETTING SURPRISE Stickers!!¡!

Certified Dutchaholic, for more than a decade, here ... um, I've experienced Dutch from oregon to Wichita kansas. I've even been to this stand previously with ZERO complaint. Training and proper supervision is missing this time. I'm sad to say that many of the recent reviews posted are accurate. Huge lines blocking the street at both windows. Each car ordering multiple drinks with that kind of volume is hard. Were was the staff? Only one person making drinks for both windows? No one taking orders except at the window? No runner? No pleasantries from the staff at all. Just took our order, took our money, turned away from us completely and just stood there until our drinks were done.
As a customer service manager with over 35 years of experience, you need new people for the before 2pm crew. Slow is fine with the huge demand, but not enough staff to respond to the demand, terrible work ethic for a service job, and that staff certainly didn't have the Dutch way either. It's a good thing I don't live in Seaside or I'd be forced to get coffee anywhere else but here.

On a family trip from out of town and I was unaware there was no walk up window. Haven't had much of Dutch coffee, but I've heard Dutch is well known for their friendly service, and was looking to try the new drink. The employees here were amazing. They let me order (which I really appreciated as while I would have understood if they hadn't I walked from the hotel) and were super friendly even as I immediately forgot my order and had to fumble awkwardly with the app I'm still getting used to in order to even remember it LOL
The individual that took my order at the window was helpful by kindly explaining the drink to me so I could be sure I'd asked for the version of the flavor I wanted to try (which was especially nice as in my fumbling I'd initially clicked something else) and it was overall a really positive welcoming experience! Chatting with the staff about concerts and artists and recommendations of where to skate in the area as they prepared my drink was a really fun way to start my day and I appreciate the whole crew for all their help and friendliness

My wife loves her dutch bros. Last year when we stopped at dutch bros before leaving our vacation we both were dishearted with the service we received.
BUT this morning while on vacation my wife really wanted her coffee and we both discussed we would try this dutch bros one more time and the experience was amazing. A complete 180 from last year. The lady who took our order and made our drinks was very kind and had a bubbly personality. We had a great conversation and our drinks were delicious. Thank you Dutch bros ❤️

Good coffee. Guy acted pretty stoned. Had to re-order my drink like 4 or 5 times for him to get it. I dont like that they ask for a tip and you dont even get to taste the coffee first.
