Charged twice for drinks that I ordered, two different amounts. Tried to explain to the cashier that I was charged twice, had to use Google translate, she told me that it was a system error and it wouldn't go through. I got the managers contact info just in case. The following week, the 2 amounts had been processed through my account, $20.06 and $24.07. For 2 drinks!! I reached out to the manager via messenger since this was the only way to contact someone. The responder was very polite and apologetic, offering me to stop in and they will make it right with 2 free drinks. I accepted, support small business, right? Well, I drive to seaside one day to get my drinks. Made my order, tried to ask about a manager and explain about my "2 free drinks" but again the cashier doesn't speak any English, so I pay for my drinks in cash this time and both drinks are wrong. No boba in one and very minimal in the other that was supposed to be extra boba, overly sweetened when i asked for no added sugar, just the boba pearls, which i have done many times before and it's perfect. For such pricey drinks, accuracy should be monitored for the customer. Very disappointed.

I got the fresh fruit with chamoy, tajin lime and salt. The pineapple was extremely hard, the strawberries were all bad and there was only 4 pieces of small watermelon. I ended up throwing it out.

It seemed like a very clean place. I had a mangonada and an esquite. Everything was very delicious. I went twice during my stay at Seaside. The first time, the customer service was very good. The lady was kind and friendly. The second time there was a young girl and she was rude but overall food was amazing.

I love this place sadly not a fan of there tie tea it had no flavor I had the chicharrón preparado a d pay for extra cuernitos and I counted 8 small pieces ??? kind of disappointed but they were really busy so I’ll definitely get if they are overwhelmed just sad I payed extra and didn’t get want I wanted .

Was super excited to find a place that had mangonada's while on vacation! I ordered the "classic mangonada" It was very flavorful and they used plenty of chimoy which I like. It didnt have any real mango in it whish i was disappointed about. It was still good. The young girl at the counter could work on her customer service. I still left her a tip tho!
