McDonald's is the best place I've ever eaten at hands down the best restaurant all time unprecedented service Five Star Quality food the chefs were hard at work was there a signature creations I had the decadent quarter pounder with cheese melted in my mouth with the Savory french fries cut from the best potato and cooked to perfection I recommend this restaurant for anyone that wants to experience the best experience in their entire life get some of that ba da da da da im lovin it

The primary reason I'm writing this review is because of the excellent customer service I received from an older staff person, whose name I think was pronounced "Jay nese" during a very busy time.
Stopped in bc McDonald's is one of the places my 92-year-old father is willing to eat when traveling and it was close to the City Hall that we needed to stop by for an appointment. Staff was maxed out between drive-through orders and in-store customers who needed make special orders or ask questions about their order. I was in line and even while moving back-and-forth very quickly to help her teammates fulfill orders, she made eye contact with those of us at the register waiting to make sure we knew that we were seen. She was very gracious and courteous, apologized for the brief wait (less than 4 mins) that we had, then took my order after answering the particular questions that I needed to ask on behalf of my elderly parents.
What I noticed was how supportive the staff team was with each other while they were filling orders nonstop. This was a very busy McDonald's but the energy was also very good. the store was also very clean. There was a staff member cleaning while we were there keeping things at the drink station fresh and sweeping. I just wanted to compliment the team. The food came out just as expected and my father was very pleased.

Twice, drive thru messed up order. I paid for fish filet sandwich st $6.19. Wasn't there. Went through drive thru again and girl acted like she should receive gratitude for giving me a freebie, '"I don't know if it was on there, but here ya go!" I said, I have a receipt! Both visits to this place were just 2 months apart.

Nine times out of ten, my large fry order is only 3/4th's full of cold to lukewarm old fries. Its been a very noticable trend at this location (Seaside, Oregon) $11.09 for a two cheeseburger large combo, hot french fries are the least you can do. Not to mention a full order of them like I order.
