First didn't get order right. They weren't helpful. The food was sub par at best. Burgers under cooked. The so called garlic fries was well just cheese on the fries no real flavor. There wasn't one thing the family was like yes this is really good. We won't be back. Oh the service was also lacking. Very disappointing with everything.

visit 3-22-24 arund 4:00pm. I ordered beer battered cod and chips and had a can of Dr. Pepper. My friend ordered a BLT with Tater tots instead of fries. It was obvious I was served Gordon's frozen beer battered fish that had been deep fried and crinkle cut fries that were so hard from overcooking they were inedible. They put some "cole slaw" in the basket, but it was dry, with zero dressing and no flavor at all. A little mayo, lemonjuice and a dash of sugar peeps--get it together guys! My friend said her BLT was just ok, and her taer tots were so overcooked they were like rocks---also inedible. I always think it is tacky to force people to pay and tip prior to the end of the meal...and tipping is weird when you serve yourself your drinks an order at a counter. The whole experience was ODD and the food was abysmal.

We have been coming to Seaside for years and are locals this year. We can’t brag enough about Rubys since the day it opened its doors!Inviting, warm atmosphere and staff. The dogs can be on the outside patio with us which is especially nice in the warmer months. The food variety is great and I have never had a bad meal here. Prices are a little higher, but the quality of food and quantity justify the cost. We love this local restaurant and try and visit a couple times a month when possible.
Went there on Friday around 4:30 pm and really enjoyed the prime rib. Service was great. Other guests started to get there shortly after 5. Enjoy!

So I can't rave about Ruby's enough! Excellent food everytime. Spent the weekend in Seaside and had three meals from them. Dinner Friday night and breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Pic is of my Scones and gravy with a side of bacon. New take on an old favorite, the scones are soft and buttery and covered in the best country gravy I've ever had. Bacon is big, thick and cooked to perfection. BLT, Friday night, was delish. Breakfast hours are 8am to Noon.
