This fabulous locally owned shop has a great variety of gelato. There’s at least one vegan option available and several dairy free options. And they aren’t just vanilla or chocolate, but interesting flavors that change periodically.

We stumbled upon this place while roaming around town. Very cute Halloween decorations inside and some in the windows. The gelatos were great and price was reasonable as well! Overall we had a great experience. We had the “Belgian biscuit” and “London fog”(I think that’s the name of the second one). I will recommend them!

This is a must stop if you want a sweet treat in Seaside. They got quite a few options with fast service. My mom got the Espresso Coffee flavor and I got the New York Cheesecake and let me tell you they were both so delicious! Definitely recommend!

The place is great but the freshly baked Gelato Panini it is not fresh it is a frozen sweet bun. I think it shouldn’t say freshly baked. The ice cream was good

I feel compelled to give this review: This gelato is UN-BE-LIEVABLE! Truly the best I’ve ever tasted. Explosive flavors, good portion size, and helpful friendly workers. We were there on Thursday, Sept 19th, 2024.
Omg! We were full after dinner but walked by this store and had to get some gelato to eat later in our hotel. Mint chocolate chip and espresso chocolate. So good!!!

Go and try your self. The only suggestions I would make it is to buy only flavours that are also real things (avoid strange names).???

Can’t believe that on a Sunday night around 7:30pm we finally hit the jackpot and walked directly into Sea Star! Normally we wait in the line which is totally worth it but such a cool treat to be able to walk right in. The gentle message working helped me by giving samples of several flavors and then recommending me the two best flavors based on what I was looking for. Double scoop of High Ground and Amaretto have been my favorite duo thus far from Sea Star. Thankful we can go back again another night since flavors change daily and are all made in house.
