The meats are the best I have had out of any Mexican restaurant in Seaside/Astoria. The menu is great and I appreciate the organized and thorough service at the counter. I plan to try everything on the menu. So far, the chili verde pork burrito and the chicken takis burrito are FIRE. Thank you!

I ordered the vegan spicy burrito. Sadly it was not spicy and some of the veggies were undercooked inside. It was also just a bit too saucy I think as there was no rice.
I think it's good that there are multiple options and if I visited again I would probably try the tacos.

Not a charming Mexican restaurant in terms of ambience or food. Service was meh, but the worst part was the food. Super bland, the vegetables were undercooked, and just no semblance of real mexican cuisine. If you love mexican, find elsewhere.

This place really is something special. The salsa is more like a pico and it’s so good! The portions are really big so order accordingly (these are not small street tacos. Easily 4-5oz of meat per taco). We loved the carne asada and pork carnitas for tacos or burritos. We’ve done a lot of Mexican in Seaside and while there are several good options, The Stand is the best.
