Best starbucks in town. The gentleman working here today was very kind and even told me a dad joke to brighten my day it was very nice. Great people here. And the drinks and food is A+ delish. Will be back soon agian.

The young man with the loops in his ears was exceptional. He was so nice to our family and overheard it was someone’s birthday and was just making everyone very happy as they came through. So very much appreciated!

Starbucks seems to think people will come in for more healthy drinks and drive up business. What they really need to do is remind the employees that work at any store but this one in general, the reason they have a job is because there are customers. Customers don't care to be scolded for ordering their drinks wrong. They like to be thanked when they make their order and pick up their drinks much like Starbucks used to do in the 90s! What happened to your customer service? Dutch Brothers has it figured out. That's why you are losing business, Mr. CEO.

The longest wait I’ve ever had to wait for coffee, I don’t mind waiting but like 15-20 minutes for a drink with 3 people working and very few customers is kinda crazy in my opinion. I got a Dirty chai but homies gave me a regular chai, I don’t think they even knew what I meant by “dirty”. The workers are clearly there because they have to be not because the want to, absolutely no passion or pep in their step. Definitely gunna stay away from Starbucks for a while, local coffee shops are far more interested in providing not only a good drink but a genuinely good experience for the customer due to the pure passion that the teams usually bring in an local business environments; drinks were pretty tho so i guess that’s cool.
