Strawberry acai drink with the raspberry bubbles was terrible. Those bubbles were chewy and had weird flavors. I'm not sure why, but the recipe needs some updates.

Stop in to get three drinks the other morning...OMG...the place was digisting filthy! The floors, counter, and restrooms were horrible!
I asked for the manager to express my concerns and the young gal said she was. Her response was..' we are short of help' ..and walked away!
I visit Starbucks almost daily and never had seen such a dirty store nor such an employee with 'I dont give a s... attitude.
Is this where Starbucks is heading or perhaps a Seaside management problem.

I’ve been in Seaside for about 16 mos. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. My drink is correctly made about 50% of the time. I’m only counting the times I order my drink the way they make it… no changes or special requests. Then, as Starbucks go… it’s NEVER open. Today they closed the drive thru. The only good thing I can say is the staff is typically friendly. Although they turn over constantly. Why do I keep going there? I have no idea… just want people to k ow what they’re getting into??♀️

Visited this location today on Labor Day. It was so busy and the baristas were working incredibly hard and efficiently.

This store was OUT of most of the on demand items/ingredients. Hailey (Barista) was the first one that took my order....that informed me that they were out of Oatmilk, refreshers, whip cream, etc. I commented that they should just close the store for the day. Then I sensed ears that were listening and eyes that was rolling with impressions that was not too nice, which lead me to be more upset, especially receiving a not so great attitude from Hailey. So, I then asked for a supervisor- her name was also, Hailey. Upon ordering, I had asked for another barista's name (that gave a weird facial reaction). She didn't want to give the name. What professionalism does this entity provide.....NONE! They shouldn't be hiding their name tags....that's why the company provides name tags. Then I get directed to the store manager, Melissa... another person that didn't want to disclose the name. She showed no interest in listening and being heard (as a customer).VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They forgot to put coffee in my vanilla latte - just gave me flavored warm milk... At least the milk was tasty ?
Their hours are constantly changing!!! Too many times I drive out here only to find out they close at 1pm
