Spilt a drink door dashing and I went to pay for it and the super kind and nice young lady with the glasses said it was free since I was delivering. Just super cool it was very nice. Grate place!

The staff here went above and behind for us today. Everyone we interacted with were exceedingly welcoming and helpful. I'm so sad I didn't get their names so they could be recognized individually. To the drive through gentleman who saw me walking to the counter again and anticipating I needed the bathroom code, without me even having to ask. To the girl who offered to remake my daughter's drink when she saw she didn't love it. And to the girl at the register who wished us a great afternoon. Whoever trained this crew on customer service did a fantastic job.

Twice I had to go back because a white mocha is apparently a hot chocolate to them. Still haven’t made it right. A simple white mocha.
WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE. The coffee was TERRIBLE! And even worse the boy who took our order was so self consumed with an awful attitude to match his overly tight work shirt. Not to mention the bathrooms were foul and out of TP.. I will go out of my way to avoid next time I’m in town.

Nice location to stop at while visiting the beaches. Usually pretty busy, so expect to wait a few minutes. Staff is friendly and the drinks were excellent. Lots of spacious seating.

horrible experience at the drive thru on saturday at around 4:15pm. boyfriend and i ordered two drinks. one iced dirty chai and one shaken espresso. we pull up and the woman barista with the buzz cut hair argued with us on one of our drinks being hot despite us ordering otherwise. she then blamed my boyfriend for ordering wrong? so unprofessional and rude. no accountability or apology offered. this location is in a tourist location and if this is the service yall offer, then it may be time for a refresher in training. as a former partner, i’m truly disappointed.

I ordered a drink ice, and as I pulled up to the drive-through window, they gave me a warm drink, and I told the lady that the short buzz cut hair that I asked for an ice drink is she argue with me to know you asked for hot and I said no, I asked for ice. That lady is unprofessional and lend me for the drink being wrong and probably should not be employed at Starbucks or anywhere else that involves a customer service roll. She is a middle-age short haired Caucasian lady.
