I have always bragged about how good the subway was in seaside. Not today. I ordered online. Added 50 percent meat on a foot long. Monterey cheese. The sandwich came with shredded cheese and not very much meat.

Look it's a Subway you know what' you're getting. There is no way that you should order your food unless you use the app. I know that it's annoying, but if you walk in here without ordering in advance, then you can expect to with 20-30 mins easy to get your order. It takes long and unless you're lucky enough to get the one or two employees that give a crap, then buckle up and prepare for a long wait time.

I was the only customer in the entire store. Stood at cash register waiting for almost 10 minutes while he filled a bunch of online orders. My sandwich would take about 1.5 minutes from start to checkout, but sure let’s ignore the live customer and make sandwiches for people picking up later. The least you could do is tell me you have >10 minutes of orders to fill before wasting my time. Hungry at work, 1 star.
