One person working. Place was filthy, then I went into the bathroom and saw a used syringe. DISGUSTING. I left. What’s in their sandwiches if they don’t clean?!!

So I eat here alot, but really stopped going because of the wait littery you can wait a 1/2 hr or more at times.
Let me say it's not the workers fault the owner never staffs correctly.
I'm here now 15 people waiting in line a group of 7 people sitting down waiting @1 person working running the cash register @ making sandwiches for store and doing the call ins.
Owner cares less or he'd be staffing the proper way.
The store is dirty too who has time to clean when trying to make the customer happy.
I've walked out many time do to the wait time let me stress not the workers fault.
I say this if you have a business and you know it needs help you as a Owner should come in, but some people don't take pride in there business.
I'm here on the 7/5 /24 walked out again 24 people waiting in line 1 person.

Went to this location in a Sunday and when I got there 2 people was ahead of me .. Not bad I didn't mind waiting. The female cashier was rude the The man she was chasing out. She then got a app order and starting making, she had so much attitude that she was slamming the food on the counter etc.. then it was my turn. .. I had a manager and he was calling the other worker stupid under his breath and also slamming my food on the counter.. looks like they don't do well under pressure.. they also under heated my cookies.. I choose to keep peace and paid and left. Never will go back to this location. People in line also left and over heard them leaving because of the attitude I had gotten ?.

The lady who serves should change her job because she treated us very poorly, she was in a bad mood and she yelled at us, people like that should not be in these places. The food is very good but the service is the worst. that lady was too bloody racist

Horrible experience the woman who made our sandwiches was very rude and talking to me in a very condescending tone almost like I was a child. She made our sandwiches very sloppy and just overall made the experience at this location very unpleasant. I would have called the GM but no information was provided when requested. Do not expect good service here I guess.

I never really give star 2 is my limit. I feel that subway have gotten worse and worse veggies are not fresh and quality of meats definitely doesn't taste right anymore. Seem s old. And some employee complains about there job and owners. Lol as shopper I don't need to hear there personal and employee issues.

Heads up manager/owner: Keep an eye on your employee who was working 5/27/24 3-4 pm. And to others who come in and pay cash: Keep your receipt. One footlong and one 6" shouldn't cost $30.. so I looked at my receipt and he had added stuff we didn't order, charged both as footlongs plus charged for double meat on both. I walked back in with my receipt, he refunded me from the tip jar.

I truly dislike leaving bad reviews, truly.

However, this place deserves a true review.

First of all, no foot-long cookies ?

One of our sandwiches was completely messed up . Kids asked for a cold sandwich. Got only ham and some other type of sauce, didn’t even ask for.

Buy one get free coupon didn’t work and the guy had no idea how to fix it or how to make it (using App)
2nd Sandwich had no cheese, and the order was totally wrong.

Moral of the tale, never come back here ?

I had the great misfortune of meeting this store's GM Courtney today. (Likely spelled Kourtney, she seems like the type to like when there's 3 K's in a row.) She didn't seen thrilled to have me in the store (as I am non-white), and refused to acknowledge I was even in the store when I brought up an issue I was having with ordering online. Never said hi, no sorry, nothing other than accusing me of trying to get free sandwiches.

On this particulwr day, I tried to order online, like I always do about once per week, year round. I live and work nearby and I'm always ordering 2 to 6 sandwiches per week for my guys.

This time, the website glitches and the website took me back to the checkout page and when I looked at my credit card bank statement, I was charged and immediately refunded. So I tried again and the same thing happened, except this 2nd time I wasn't charged or refunded.

So I walked into the store and said I ordered online and it didn't go through and the nice lady working there pointed to Kourtney and said she will gladly take care of me. I stood in front of Kourney for about 6 minutes without her even saying hi or I'll be with you in a minute. Then when she decided to help me, simply said "we didn't get the order, I can't give you free sandwiches and walked off. And that was my entire interaction.

Look, I spend 20 to 50 dollars a week in this store and that's how I'm treated? Can't imagine how Kourney treats tourists.

Then, I went thru and ordered my 2 sandwiches in person and when I went to pay, the guy helping me told me their internet was down. Well gee, maybe that's why my online order didn't go thru Kourtney. If you had put 2 secinds into doing your job as the GM you would have known this. So I stand there for another 5 or 6 minutes waiting for them to figure out how to get the internet running so I can pay with my card.

Now it all makes sense as awhile back on a holiday weekend, that first really nice girl was left in the store by herself with a line out the door, looking like she was going to cry and I felt so bad for her and left her a nice tip that day. But now I see, after meeting Kourtney, how that could happen.

Definitely will not be buying sandwiches here any longer. Good grief.

The lady working finished the customer in front of me and decided when she was done helping her see was going to grab a drink from the soda machine, she then went into the back. The line of customers was growing and I was waiting my turn as the next customer to be helped. I waited 30 min and the lady never came out of the back. I watched 5 customers walk out very upset ?.I remember when this Subway was very good to go to I don't know what happened. I will never go back in the future. I'm not the first person this has happened to. This needs to be fixed. Word spreads fast in a small community.

Went in to go get dinner and the lady working finished the customer in front of us and grabbed something to drink and went into the back. We waited 30 min while the line grew to the lady never coming back out. Definitely the worst experience ever probably will never go back.
