Although they are SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, and I waited 40 minutes for a chicken cantina bowl, the food was good and I had a decent time talking with other people while waiting. The staff is trying as hard as they can ! Management, PLEASE GET YOUR STAFF MORE SUPPORT ! Whether that be more employees, better tools, or more guidance on the floor ! ! ! ! The team on this shift were friendly, helpful and smiling, though clearly frustrated due to lack of help !

This is the worst Taco Bell drive thru experience I've ever had. The man who took my order was rude. There were only 2 cars ahead of me but the wait was over half an hour. It was around 3pm and no one was dining inside. He wouldn't talk. Then he would bust out laughing and repeat parts of my order over and over and laugh. I'd order the next thing then he'd get quiet. Then laugh. Then he told us there was no onions left so we couldn't have onions on and anything. And then he started laughing really hard at that. He said there was also no mild sauce left either. It took forever. It felt like I was in some kind of end of the world movie.

Been here three times now and three times my order was wrong. Twice they gave me bacon instead of sausage and then when they did finally get that right, they put jalapeno sauce on it which I specifically asked them not to AND it was on the receipt. Then when I called I didn't even get to speak to anyone. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up.

Sadly this place manages to get worse as each year goes by. The food quality worsens, more order mistakes (not to mention ridiculous pricing), and the management seems to just make everything worse each time it changes hands. I feel bad for the staff who have to work in what seems like a extremely poorly managed location.

Decided to give this place a try since it is under new management. Dined in and ordered off of the kiosk. Place was fairly clean and busy and we got our food fast. Unfortunately, my nacho fries were old and cold, and my crunch wrap had almost zero meat. My husband was happy with his food. If we would have had more time I would have tried to get fresh fries. Might give them another chance since we are local and have limited options when trying to get fast food.

Avoid - it's just a cashgrab. This location (and franchisee) actually charges 50 cents extra to swap out regular beans for black beans in the Bean Burrito and Cheesy Beans & Rice Burrito. (Higher priced items, like a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito oddly *don't* charge extra to swap in black beans.) No other franchisee charges extra for a simple swap like that. Don't support this type of pricing.

I was visiting seaside and we had to go get some food later at night and we had to repeat our order to this gentleman numerous times and our food was cold it was messy it was when we ordered they didn't give us all our stuff I had to go back in and it took me over 10 minutes to get anybody's attention and all I kept guiding was I'm sorry and nobody spoke to me I am not one that cares about other languages but somebody should be able to communicate with me

Nothing much has changed here since the location had a face lift & new ownership. My first try since the new ownership & 1/3rd of my order was missing as usual- about $8 worth. No smiles, typical lack luster service for this location & the only location where my order is always missing something. Don’t waste your time or $, if you’re craving Taco Smell, go to the Warrenton location instead.

This restaurant has recently been renovated into a Taco Bell and is now under new ownership. When I walked in, I found the restaurant clean and neat. There are kiosks by the entrance for ordering food, which makes it easy to customize my meal. While some items can be a bit expensive, I discovered a combo meal that was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was correct. The food was well-prepared, fresh, and hot. The fountain drink station offered a wide variety of beverages, and the condiments station was conveniently located right in front of the kiosks. The music selection played in the background was excellent, although I thought the volume level was medium. It wasn’t unpleasant for a short visit, but I would have preferred it to be a bit lower. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I enjoyed my meal.
