Although they are SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, and I waited 40 minutes for a chicken cantina bowl, the food was good and I had a decent time talking with other people while waiting. The staff is trying as hard as they can ! Management, PLEASE GET YOUR STAFF MORE SUPPORT ! Whether that be more employees, better tools, or more guidance on the floor ! ! ! ! The team on this shift were friendly, helpful and smiling, though clearly frustrated due to lack of help !
This restaurant has recently been renovated into a Taco Bell and is now under new ownership. When I walked in, I found the restaurant clean and neat. There are kiosks by the entrance for ordering food, which makes it easy to customize my meal. While some items can be a bit expensive, I discovered a combo meal that was reasonably priced. It's a brand new store, and all the employees are in training, but the Customer Service is awesome. I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes, and the food tasted good. I love Taco Bell.
