We loooove the Cookie Jar. Delicious cookies and baked goods, the warmest service but also, this place is SO darn accessible. Navigating the North Coast in a wheelchair can feel like a feat, walk ways are crowded and steps lead to everything.
Here, there is a quite sllight ramp to enter into their spacious bakery. So much room to maneuver. Items are at sitting-eye-level in a glass case. Music isn't overbearing, it sets a good mood but you can talk over it. I think...

Spent Father’s Day weekend at Seaside watching my kid play it the Soccer in the Sand event, which never disappoints.
The family and I decided to hit The Cookie Jar. Honestly not a huge “sweets guy”, so this was more of an appeasement for the kiddos.
The space has a real cool vibe. If I lived in this town, I could see myself hanging here with the laptop - working remotely. It’s connection to the adjacent bookstore is a great bonus....
