Located on the Neawanna Creek, The Pearl Seaside offers great service, a delicious, hearty sandwich and fun atmosphere. Caleb was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed (shared) The Benanti’s Italian Meat Grinder and it was loaded with meats, veggies and a nice slice of fresh mozzarella. Check out the Magic Box vending machine if you're there. 😉 We will definitely be back! (Note: This review is based on a Thursday around lunch time.)

Best place to eat a sammy, dog, pretzel or whatever special they have posted in Seaside, I drive here just for the turkey caprese damn near weekly. Staff is amazing - professional prompt and kind. Love this place.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Owners and staff are professional and friendly. I’d recommend Pearl over any of the downtown Seaside offerings. Iggy’s is really good too, if you’re downtown already.

All I can say is wow! This place has amazing food. Best French onion soup I've ever had. Their Italian grinder is out of this world. Tastes just like the fresh ones I used to get from the Italian delis in Chicago. I was just stopping through but I am so sad I don't have a "pearl" in my home town. Definitely a good find!
