this is the best gluten free sando I’ve ever had. The tsunami slaps hard and I wish I could eat it every day.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread is awesome

Very over priced, on very dry bread. No public restrooms even after paying 32 for a sandwich and bowl of chowder. Chowder is ivars, and not homemade.

This place is SO good! Amazing sandwiches and service. I was going to come back again, but the restaurant was intermittently closed due to the winter weather. I definitely want to come back soon though

We were hungry and started YELPing to find a nearby lunch spot that provides takeout. Tsunami was close by, had decent reviews and a great menu - and boy they did not disappoint! We placed our order online, had HOT food in 10 minutes and was delicious!! I had their Hot Pastrami sandwich and my wife had the 1/4 lb all-beef hot dog (no bun). Fresh, yummy and with extra condiments. Lastly, the place is super cute inside and the wait help was super friendly. I hope to come back soon.

Stopped in over the New Year's holiday weekend for a sandwich, and like the summer months, they didn't disappoint. Friendly people and the sandwiches are a very good value.

Sandwich was very good. Enough to share. Chowder was very warm and satisfying. Service was excellent. Clean and very busy.

I'm not a fan. Went by Saturday at 5:25pm and they were already closed. Posted hours are until 7pm. Tried again Sunday at 3:15 and they were closing at 3:30, what the heck? We weren't impressed with our soup or sandwiches, but the ice cream tasted good.

Stopped in for a necanicum river sandwich and a cup of clam chowder on a very rainy day.

We always love going to tsunami sandwiches when we're in the area. The food is just really well done. The guy that works there maybe the owner may be the manager I don't know what he is but he's not very friendly so my advice is order something using their app go pick it up and walk out so you don't have to deal with him. But maybe you like gruff and borderline rude if so, go ahead and order from him have fun.

Our sandwich was so tasty. I hardly ever find a rye bread that you can actually taste the rye! I loved how the pastrami was sliced thin but stacked high. Made it so much easier to eat. The sandwich and bread were so warm and scrumptious along with the amazing horseradish. ?

Very tender smoked meat in the Tsunami Pastrami sandwich. I found it very tasty. The employee was not very friendly. I asked questions about the sandwiches because I have gluten, egg and dairy allergies. I had already looked at the menu online which said they had gluten free bread, but depending on the sandwich, he said it wouldn't work. He was very matter of fact, but gave the answers I needed to know. We did takeout, so no comment about the atmosphere, but could see it's just a casual sit down place. I would order the sandwich again, but would do takeout again also.

Guy at the front taking orders was very attitude filled and pompous. Very unexpected experience when just wanting to order a sandwich. $25 for a kids sandwich on white with just meat and cheese and a regular adult sandwich. I didn’t order for myself because I was so appalled by the guy. Won’t ever return. Too many options in town to deal with this place again. (Love the guy sitting around waiting to be defensive and an ah in his review replies. Signs of a narcissist.) There is no need to make people feel awful for wanting to order a Turkey and cheese sandwich because it’s “not on the menu”. Thanks for the confirmation that I will never return. Also tons of comments confirm my experience. Take a look within sir. Not a way to do business. Best of luck. AND ACTUALLY I didn’t add EXTRA! I just asked to add salami to a sandwich that didn’t have it. But you are an awful listener cause you only like the sound of your own voice. Glad to know I was overcharged for your mistake. I will add that to the list of reasons not to return as if I needed any.

PRICEY Wanted to grab a quick bite and remembered this place last time I was here, so I decided to have it again. The staff was extremely friendly and was trying to joke with everyone. I ordered a Surfers Cove. The sandwich came out quickly. The sandwich was not anything unique as you could easily replicate it at home. Overall, it is not worth the price.
