If I could’ve rated this zero stars, I would’ve. When we walked in the waitress was in a rush and didn’t say a word to us. Someone brought us water and we said thank you, not a single word out of him either. We ordered enchiladas and they literally had no flavor. The pork in mine was still in large chunks and super dry. The rice was hard. The beans had no taste. I would not recommend this place to anybody. It’s a 0 out of 10 for me.

Some people’s reviews on here are crazy. We had a couple entrees last night and they were good! The salsa that comes with the chips was probably one of the best I’ve had. Pricing was fair. I’ll definitely come back again.

I did read the reviews but our first experience a couple of months ago was great so we returned. Nothing disappointed us. The service and food was excellent.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. We're here on vacation and just picked the first place for delivery after a long day of driving. Food was definitely the worst we've ever had. The fajitas were soupy in a sweet sauce, the enchiladas were tasteless, and we only got 2 tortillas to go with our food. $50 for food that just ended up in the garage!!

First time trying this restaurant and unfortunately there won't be a second time. The servers were very nice, but the food and drinks just weren't good. We got a couple margaritas on the rocks and combo plates. The regular margarita was way too sweet and didn't seem to have any taste of tequila. The watermelon one was dull due to the incredibly thick syrup used to flavor it. They took it back and blended it instead, but then it was just really watery. I did appreciate the effort they made. The sauce on the enchilada was very oily and lacked any discernible flavor. The chile relleno wasn't very flavorful either. It did have an intense heat though. It looked like most of the seeds were left in, which is just based on personal preference. However, the skin on the pepper was not fully removed and made for some hard to chew bites. We just didn't have a fun time here.

Table was sticky, not sure whats up with that. Moderate wait time and the food was alright, good sized portions. Otherwise just another restaurant

So anytime I'm trying out a new Mexican restaurant I order carne asada tacos. LOL they were tasteless and $4.25 a piece. And I had to pay $4.00 for pico that comes on everyone else's carne asada tacos. I wish I had brought my phone so I could have taken a photos of these sad tacos. There was steak and onions and a little Cilantro on them. they sucked and were over priced. I could only stomach two of the three and that was forcing myself because I was very hungry. It sucked and I was so sad. Three tacos a beer and pico that 99.9% of the time come on tacos cost me $23 and some change. I still left a tip but the cook needs to learn whats up and the owner needs to buck up and get a quality cook. No wonder the parking lot is empty. Avoid this place. Flat out the worst Mexican food I've ever eaten and that is not a joke. And I love me some carne asada tacos. Its sad to say I would rather eat Taco Bell tacos then these.

Edited to change it to 1 star after reading the owners d*** response. Clearly don't care about serving good food to customers who keep their doors open.2 stars is being generous

Viva Tijuana is my go-to Mexican restaurant in Seaside, OR. Authentic Mexican cuisine in a festive, welcoming atmosphere. Margaritas in any flavor that you'd like (try the melon margarita with Midori liqueur, mmm...) and of course freshly made chips, salsa and guac. Good portions, awesome shredded beef and Spanish sauce in burritos, enchiladas, etc. The chile verde is SO good! Courteous, friendly servers and the kitchen ROCKS! ¡Viva Tijuana!
