Went through drive thru and had fast service. They came out and were getting payments and bringing orders out instead of keeping everyone waiting.

New update: Apparently they also close online ordering at least an hour before the store closes itself. Which I have a feeling is not corporate standard. It's no wonder you guys make it impossible to complain.
When it's made correctly it's not bad. Y'all have a bad habit of never getting my husband's order right. Including when we online order so it's written out what the changes were. Unsurprisingly tonight neither sandwich was correct. This complaint is not about the employees but at DQ as a whole - you charge *far* too much for mediocre food. People come for the ice cream and get food while they're already in the drive thru because they don't want to make a second stop
Everytime I have been here the employees are all so very nice. This is rare anymore so I will continue to visit when I am out this way. They also have pup cups for my dogs who love them. Great place to stop & get a bite to eat or an ice cream treat.

I am a bus driver, and on multiple occasions have stopped for the hungry sports teams to get food or ice cream. Every time I stop, we have a great experience! Staff is friendly, food is good and quick. Thank you for serving groups of kids with such ease! From 8-22 kids! Every time you serve them well!

There are only two bathrooms available. They keep One locked all the time now for the employees. Room full of many people and one bathroom. Outrageous. I asked why they kept it locked and they did not seem interested. It was also very cold inside. Customers should be considered first as many people were waiting for the single bathroom.
