Order made wrong twice in a row. I ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub. Lady made an Italian hotshot sub. Somehow when I asked for Italian bread it confused her. When she remade the sandwich it was just a regular chicken sub and not a Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub even though each time I said Spicy Nacho Chicken.

I was in today, August 31st 2024 at 230 ish pm. They were out of everything. The young red head was rude with a smart mouth and was kissing her boyfriend over the counter while I was being waited on by the other staff member. Who was actually nice and respectful to me. Will I go again now?.... I didn't get what I ordered they were out and I ordered something else and ordered a churro and was not given that either. So no I will not be treated that way by immature teenagers!!!!

HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! Staff is not very good at reading an online order. Gave me chicken instead of steak. Nothing on the sandwich. Besides a sprinkle of onion and green peppers. I’m usually not a Karen but every single time at this location something is always wrong with my sandwich. They’re always out of something and don’t let you know. This locations management is out of this world. How can you not order enough product to have your location stocked for customers? We live in a small town and have a handful of options to choose from. Super disappointed that they suck this much! I work in customer service and have even worked at Subway, I’ve never experienced continuous disappointment. We won’t be going there any longer!

The handsome young gentleman behind the counter was a great worker. He really cared about my sandwich and took great care of it. And overall seemed to be a great hard worker and and it’s hard to come around young worker like him.So good I might have to introduce him to my younger sister.And hopefully he becomes part of the family and we become part of the subway family.

I've never been so dissatisfied with a food place. I ordered online, waited a little over the 15 minute time on my order before going in. She hadn't started the order, didn't heat up the chicken or put sauce on the salad like ordered, and didn't bother to include all of the items on the order.

The employees are more interested in chatting away than staying focused on their job! I ended up walking out after a lady who says she’s been there for about 2 years took the longest time ever to make some basic sandwiches. I spent over half my lunch break in line watching her waste time and screw around while she had several other customers waiting. She was going painfully slow because she wasn’t paying attention and took forever to do a single thing because she was too busy talking instead of working! I’ll never go back to this location. The employees clearly don’t want to work and treat their job as a gossip time ? Never seen such bad service in my life. Beyond unacceptable and ridiculous!!
