Horrible service. Super stingy about their portions. Was there to pick up an online order, waited about 5 minutes, someone came in behind me and got hers before me..?
They are constantly messing up the sanwiches when putting in an online order. Our sandwiches are always either missing ingredients or they have ingredients that are not requested to be on the sandwich. (I know its not because they are out of ingredients because they will put them on the opposite sandwich) When I put in the complaint on how 2 or more sandwiches where messed up online .. they offer me a cookie coupon...
I went in this last time and had to wait an hour for my order after being told mine was on the list next and I ended up being very last and even with the manager ending up being the one to make my sandwich(the other girl left), she messed up on the sauces on the sandwiches as well and not just 1 sandwich but both. So I got stuck waiting an hour and still did not the get the sandwiches I ordered. Very sad at how down hill this place has gotten.
The place is usually clean and quiet so I guess thats a plus.

Met the gm when we came in for lunch today and had a good conversation. She was pretty chill and made us possibly the best sandwiches we have ever had from subway. Thank you.

What a joke! I just ordered a footlong sandwich at Subway in Sheridan Oregon, it was the worst sandwich , it was hard as a rock

I was hesitant to check out this Subway after seeing the reviews, but I realized most were for online orders. I've been twice in the last two days, and ordered human to human, in the restaurant. The staff were friendly, the restaurant clean, the ingredients fresh, and the sandwich tasty.
I know everyone loves online ordering after the pandemic, but there's something to be said about ordering in person. I've had no issues with my sandwiches. They are pricy, but everything is these days.
I'll definitely be back!

Double check your order every time before you leave they forget somthing every single time we go. But they always fix it right away without issue

Oh my god. The nastiest bathroom I have ever seen. An inch of mold around the toilet and in the sink. I wouldn’t trust anything from this place. They clearly don’t care about sanitation
Don’t order the steak and cheese sandwich. My husband has gotten food poisoning twice from this subways steak. Not worth the risk

We stopped going to this subway for a very long time due to terrible service , having to wait for sometimes 30 minutes for our online order to be made while we sit there and watch staff make several several sandiwches before our order (whats the point of placing an online order if its not being added into the que to be made in any kind of order it was placed?) , and our food was usually wrong. Wrong more times then it was correct. However, we recently heard it was under new management so we thought we'd try it again. The last two times we've ordered food here it was good, the food was right, still had to wait for our online order in the restaurant for 15 to 20 minutes but at least the food was correct. ( also noting we show up to pick it up when the email says it should be ready in 20 minutes. So that 15 to 20 minutes is additional time to the time subway says it will be ready) I work in the food and beverage industry myself so I'm a pretty patient and understanding person towards this kind of stuff. Tonight was the night I decided to actually write a review. Two of our 4 sandwiches didn't even have the correct meat on them. We don't live in sheridan so driving all the way back in order to get the correct sandwiches made is not something that's going to happen tonight. Before anyone comes at me I did in fact call the restaurant and talk to someone named Mandy I believe and let her know the order was wrong and chatted with her.
At the end of the day it would just be awesome to support a local business but also feel good about my hard earned money being spent. And I no longer feel good about spending money here with all the things. As a family of five thats alot of sandwich... I'm sorry you've lost us as a customer again. 😔
Order made wrong twice in a row. I ordered a Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub. Lady made an Italian hotshot sub. Somehow when I asked for Italian bread it confused her. When she remade the sandwich it was just a regular chicken sub and not a Spicy Nacho Chicken Sub even though each time I said Spicy Nacho Chicken.

The employee was nice and did her job unfortunately all the vegetables were frozen wilted and you could taste it the bread tasted old as well it is unfortunate that the manager is not doing a good job.

I was in today, August 31st 2024 at 230 ish pm. They were out of everything. The young red head was rude with a smart mouth and was kissing her boyfriend over the counter while I was being waited on by the other staff member. Who was actually nice and respectful to me. Will I go again now?.... I didn't get what I ordered they were out and I ordered something else and ordered a churro and was not given that either. So no I will not be treated that way by immature teenagers!!!!

HORRIBLE LOCATION!!! Staff is not very good at reading an online order. Gave me chicken instead of steak. Nothing on the sandwich. Besides a sprinkle of onion and green peppers. I’m usually not a Karen but every single time at this location something is always wrong with my sandwich. They’re always out of something and don’t let you know. This locations management is out of this world. How can you not order enough product to have your location stocked for customers? We live in a small town and have a handful of options to choose from. Super disappointed that they suck this much! I work in customer service and have even worked at Subway, I’ve never experienced continuous disappointment. We won’t be going there any longer!
