I ordered chicken nuggets on the mobile app. Them picked it up in the drive thru. I followed all the directions correctly. Once I finally got up to the window and got my food, I tried a nugget and it was soggy. I then took a drink of what was supposed to be spirit and it was just soda water. I had to park and get it to walk up to the window, where I was ignored by the high school age staff. I then walked around to the drive thru door and the person seemed confused. So I simply walked away without my drink. Once home I took out my side salad and the lettuce smelled bad and looked last due. The staff seemed more concerned with all the other high school age customers and flirting with each other. Very disappointing from the ordering process, to the service, and lastly the poor quality food.

Always a good meal with great service. Don't understand why this place is getting such horrible reviews. Skip the drive through maybe. This place hasn't disappointed yet and I have been here to get food for my family and I at least 10 times since they have opened. Highly recommend.

While I waited, a man who had order long before me came to find out where his food was... he had a common first name and they had given the order to someone else. I've been to Chick-fil-A many times in another state and was always satisfied. This one is not being managed well.

Awesome having Chick Fil A in Sherwood! Enjoyed delicious Chicken fil a Sandwich and Peppermint Shake today! Great service and very friendly workers. We sat in the covered dining area and were kept warm by the heaters. Definitely will be back!

Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwiches! I enjoyed them in the south when nobody in the PNW had heard of Chick-fil-A and now that I've gotten two from the new Sherwood location I'm reminded of why I used to enjoy them. The chicken is a big piece of juicy white meat with a crispy and flavorful breading. Sadly, I don't love their fries, but I think they do a great job with the chicken sandwiches. The workers in the drive-through line are polite and efficient. I usually go during off hours and I can get in and out of the drive-through quickly. I wouldn't want to try it during prime time. I love their sandwiches, but maybe not that much.

Friday night, there are around 20 cars. I chose mobile-thru prior. Once I saw the line. I started a timer. It took me 49 minutes to get my #1 meal with a Coke. I am never coming back here. Management needs some serious reconsideration.

After a short wait we were given our food by an employee named Tariq if I recall correctly. There was an order of Mac and cheese that he noticed was missing when double checking the order that he went out of his way to correct and apologize for the inconvenience
