This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been to. Seriously. They are EXTREMELY SLOW, rude. And it is run by a bunch of teenagers. I would rather drive the extra miles to Beaverton or Lake Oswego.

Waited in line for 15+ minutes. I ordered 2 sandwiches and a fry. The receipt and my bank account shows the charge for 2 sandwiches but I only received one sandwich and didn’t notice until I got home. Very disappointed. Check the bag from now on before you leave the drive though I guess

I came through the drive through and the girls were so nice! I don’t remember one of the girl’s names but I one of them was someone named Maddy, she was very funny and lighthearted, very kind and helpful, she is just the best, super positive and overall this was hands down the best experience it was a 12/10. I usually don’t like drive through but this was the hilight of my day!! Thank you Maddy (and the other girl )! 😃

Third time at this new location using their “stand outside in the cold” concept. Unfortunately food has been poor 2 of 3 times. First the sandwiches were over cooked and mixed up. This time our fries were old and soggy. I’m a huge fan of Chick-fil-A, and was excited for Sherwood to get one, but the concept sucks and more importantly their quality isn’t there. Too bad.

Wow what a horrible experience at this location. After ordering thousands in catering over the years I’m offically done with chik fil a. 3 times in a row i ordered via the mobile app and customers behind receive their way larger orders before me and they’re somehow confused about my 2 item order once I get up to the window. Their mobile ordering set up is clearly broken. I’d also just avoid this location at all costs it’s the slowest one in Oregon.

I say “kids” because I’m old but these are some of the most polite and efficient kids of any fast food restaurant in the area. The “how may I serve you,” “my pleasure,” and maintaining eye contact with genuine smiles is not lost on me. The food is hot and fresh and I have not had a bad experience here. Keep it up, yall!

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. By the time we waited an hour to get our food it was very cold and the customer service sucked.
Edit: My family and I decided to try and give this place one more chance today at 2 o’clock 2/13/26. When we went my mom used her points for a French fry, which was 400 points but 800 points was take from her account. We got up to the window and a manager (Isaac) came out to discuss it with her to hopefully get it fixed. He immediately when on defense saying she was wrong. My mom took the time to go through her account with him like he asked, but the number of points that were there were still incorrect. Instead of being apologetic and professional he simply walked away from the situation and said “Don’t be disrespectful” when my mom was simply just trying to get the point back that she has earned. Your manager Isaac needs to retrained and if that is not possible, demoted. No one in a management position should ever be passive aggressive with a customer nor walk away being a complete smart ass.

There are a lot of controversial topics that can drag you down a rabbit hole in modern society. While it is easy to be judgmental it is oftentimes not quite so easy to remain objective. Take my wife for example. Absolutely refuses to patronize an establishment that is pushing a morality agenda. I know a morality agenda is more like bait on a hook but she feels it is just a bad business practice. It is the main reason we haven’t tried The Chick until today. To be truthful, if the wife knew the meal she was enjoying came from this establishment I would be turned to stone by her mythical gaze and banished to the couch for all eternity! If I told her the Mac and cheese that was melting in her mouth had anything to do with this place, she would spit it out quicker than a vampire encountering garlic! To me, being irrelevant means exploring all avenues of that opportunity. How can I consider myself to be truly irrelevant if I choose sides? Why not mess with them both? They are both really messed up. Who’s gonna know? but I digress I really love the way Chick-A handles their customers. I have always seen that it was busy so I prepared for a long wait and was very surprised that even though there was a long line, it was the fastest drive through experience I have ever encountered. The outdoor pickup window is also genius! The food… …well, the legendary Mac and cheese was kind of a letdown. I think that was my fault for expecting too much and we have been to McMinnville, the nucleus of Mac and cheese for this entire quadrant of the galaxy. It may be also be an acquired taste. The grilled nuggets are, without any doubt the best nuggets known to mankind. Google it! I got my son to do the dishes if I promised to bring him more. He hasn’t touched dish soap in over 5 years! Just hope he can keep his mouth shut about it or there may be justification for months of frigid indifference from my better half!
