Every time we come here it’s completely empty food containers! 3 times we’ve had to walk out!!!

Waited longer than 30 minutes for my on line catering order. I was told that the order was not in their store system. The store manager verified my order confirmation email and discussed with his general manager, and finally prepared the order for me. My order ID# was BSQ8K473Z. Very frustrated and very disappointed. My guest at home waited for a very long time.

They give you a lot of food who are your money and they are very clean. The restrooms are clean and if they don't have what you want. CookedThey will make sure that it gets fixed just for you

By far the worst chipotle in the area. They’re always out of ingredients and kitchen/bar is usually dirty. Unfortunately it’s the closest location to us. Today they had a “out of tortillas and bowls” sign in the window. How??

Wow… seems to lack solid leadership here. It pains me to leave a critical review (my reviews are typically all positive). 5:30PM, and most of the pans on the line are empty. Also no bell peppers/onions past two days (someone didn’t order produce soon enough). Even the “to go” line was lacking so they had to go to the fridge for what they did have. Also second day I’ve had to ask them to increase serving size to standard size; the kids have only been putting about 1/3 to 2/3 the product on spoons and ladles. Why? Same thing happened at the other location on Nyberg last week. I get controlling food costs but please make the order to corporate spec at least.

The kid was very nice, understanding and warm. The place was dirty; counters hadn’t been wiped, food line was seriously lacking, meat dried out/unavailable. The outside tables have food matter on them. As I came to write this review, I see similar feedback from 3 months ago. Chipotle, let’s not go the way of Target: take care of your customers or they will go elsewhere. Defined lacking strong leadership here. I will submit this to corporate via the app as well. Very poor brand representation. Look at the cameras, it’s undeniable.

I came here at 3pm and they were completely out of things and nobody was even cooking anything to restock. The person that made my burrito didn’t even fold it and it fell apart everywhere

Used to be a great lunch spot. Now, not so much. Rice,bean and protein options are regularly empty at lunch time. How many times does that need to happen before they catch on to make more? Portion sizes are inconsistent day to day. Wrap jobs are poorly done to where I thought I ordered a bowl not a burrito. Management needs to step in. Going down hill fast

The most dysfunctional workplace I have ever stepped into. Food, Service, and Atmopshere were atrocious. I will no longer go to Chipotle ever again. Now I will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a Qdoba, damn. Just shameful.
