This location is horrible ! They are never ready with items that are on the menu and when u order online ! and the staff is rude and seem very unhappy. It's really an inconvenience to have this place near my work and dread going there for the service.

Worst customer service ever! I placed an online order. The tag on the bag was correct and what was inside was not. I called to have it fixed and was told I could go in later in the day to be made correctly. When I explained I was a lunch break and unable to do so, she stated that was all she could do. I asked to have my card credited as she could not fix my order and she said "have a nice day" and hung up on me. This was the manager.

This was one of the most disorganized Chipotle I've ever been to. we went during down time and there was no food prepared, the lobby was dirty, and half the drink station was taken apart with nobody working on it. The back area where cooking was going on was dirty and disorganized, and the staff wasn't friendly. I would not recommend this location.

This location has employees who obviously don't give a %$@# about how the food is or how dirty the restaurant is. Looked like they hadn't swept the dining area all day. Most of the food in the warmers looked old or they were almost empty. The workers acted like us being there ordering was an inconvenience.
