I’d leave negative 5 stars if I could. Delivery at 8:30pm on a Sunday should not take 90 minutes. Take out times are equally as abysmal. This location is AWFUL.

left hair in my pizza, always leaves open sign off so they look closed, poor attitude and closes an hour early sometime for no reason? terrible dominos honestly.

Long day traveling. My wife and were craving a Hawaiian. I ordered online extra sauce, extra bacon and extra pineapple. What we got was very little pineapple, very little bacon. Very disappointed especially a $30+ pizza. Will not make that mistake again ordering from Sherwood Dominos.

We stopped going to this location because their quality was terrible but they must have done something because this last time was sooo good! They had a full staff, and they were working hard, organized, and friendly as heck! They gained us back as customers for sure.

Nice people but an absolute disaster of a business. Multiple times orders have been delayed indefinitely and orders dropped/destroyed and remade with insane delays. Just not worth it anymore

Just walked in there while the place was swamped and they were going as fast as they could, Asian kid at the register was keeping his game face on while some grumpy old dude was screaming at him about something irrelevant, cooks were going as fast as possible and the girls were doing their best running the show. They forgot my dipping cup with my order and the Asian kid apologized and gave me 2 and smiled as if it was his fault. Been there lol they'll all have careers in the future with the good work ethic they have. I remember those days getting yelled at by the public over things I didn't do or had no control over. Good luck yall 🫡

This Domino’s location has excellent staff and excellent customer service, but it is consistently, regularly, randomly closed on a whim. It is regularly closed 4-5 HOURS before closing time, seemingly completely at random. Shame because the delivery drivers are spectacular but I can never actually get any food because the location has closed at 7:30 pm.

I’m not sure if it’s short staffing, or just the whims of a franchise owner, but this location randomly closes, well before their listed hours, just, any time, random days.

The staff are great, always friendly, I have no complaints about the customer service. Just that the store hours do not consistently reflect the store operations.

Edit: Was offered a refund when called, charge still seems to have gone through. Was later contacted and offered two free pizzas and a waive on the next delivery fee. Something's better than nothing and I appreciate the attempt at a fix but nothing really makes up for expecting food and not getting it.

Never the less, an attempt was made.

Ordered a pizza at 11pm through their online app, an hour goes by with no update so I check the store hours and it's listed to close at 1:00 AM.

Order stuck at quality check for 2 hours and the store won't answer their phone over multiple calls from 12 until closing. 20 minutes after closing the order page is still at 'quality check'. Not sure what's going on but I would like to figure out how to get a refund if possible.

Something definitely changed at this location recently, used to be stellar service and speed.

I like dominoes and this is the closest one to me so I order here. However they almost always mess up my orders. Usually forget toppings or put the wrong ones on. One time they dropped off a very doughy pizza. We called and asked for a new one. They said that they would deliver one shortly and we never got it. Called to tell them the next day and they merely added points to our account.
Get your act together guys.
