Honestly, this is the worst dominos store - just don’t even bother. They dropped off the wrong pizza with my correct receipt. I called, they offered no apology & said I could keep the wrong pizza - which was burnt. They did drop off my correct pizza, which was cold. If this was the first time I would let it go, mistakes happen. But they make so many mistakes and even when they manage to deliver the right pizza it’s still gross or missing toppings or not cooked all the way. I will never ordered from here again.

By far the worst customer service out of the sherwood oregon location when comes to getting a delivery. Using the app placing a simple 1 pizza order hour and a half prior to requested delivery time and it still 30 to 45 minutes late. This has been the case on numerous occasions.If I could give 0 stars I would and I'd give the store manager a negative star rating for lack of customer service and fixing the problem. The store manager has proven he does not want my business.

The pizza was probably one of their last orders of the night and when I got it I was really disappointed, I work nights and this was the only thing nearby, the pizza was not even cooked all the way and whoever put the ingredients on top just threw it on unevenly and shoved it in the oven, also it had bits of other ingredients that I did not order, thanks for a horrible experience and I will never be ordering from Dominos ever again.

I tip generously when appropriate. I don't go for the new electronic panhandling and won't tip for counter service. It's a little confrontational. When I asked for Ranch dressing I was told there was a 75-cent charge for each mini cup. Apparently the guy was mad because of no tip. I haven't been back.
Here at Sherwood Dominoes when you say "extra cheese" and "extra pepperoni" to us that means "normal cheese" and "normal pepperoni".

Saturday January 13th snow day, Domino's had stopped taking orders but the owner said they would take one more even though they were overloaded thank you ! Great owner, great customer service ! I will be back.

We stopped to pick up our pizza order on our way to our friend's house. They had orderd and been given a time to pick up. When we got there (on time), they had not even STARTED the orde. So we had to wait and wait a good 25 minutes before our pizza order was ready. The place was packed, and the staff did not seem to be organzied at all. They did not seem to care that they were not on top of things. If this location is this busy, they must be making money. Maybe they need to offer better pay so they can attract more people that want to work there. Our pizza and salads were very good, btw. They just need to hire more staff.

Ordered through the app at 5:58pm said It'd be done 45 to 50 mins later at the latest. I arrive to find out an hour later that they havnt even began making the order. This happened the last time i came here as well. It's now 7pm and for the second time of being told it'll be Bout 20 mins. Im still waiting and My order has yet to be made. There is 9 people in the store working. To wait almost and hour and a half for it to be made at all not even in the oven yet when 9 people are working is honestly ridiculous. Customer service was awful during the entire process .

It took forever for someone to just acknowledge me standing there. They were busy it seemed but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. Well once I got to speak with them, they lost my order and couldn’t seem to find it. Overall I understood and at least I got a fresh pizza right out the oven but please just greet customers and let us know you see us.
