Pulled up to an empty drive-thru at 12:35pm and the employee was completely disengaged. No greeting, no thank you, just a card reader shoved in my face. I understand not wanting to chat, but a simple “thanks” for spending $6+ on a coffee would be nice. Instead she hands the drinks off and immediately puts her back towards me. I say: “well… thanks?” And drive away.
To top it off, I overheard her loudly discussing a dramatic breakup while I was still there. It’s clear that Dutch Bros doesn’t value its customers or their employees’ professionalism. Disappointing.

Worst experience I’ve ever experienced going to Dutch Bro’s, guy taking my order was super distracted, I kept having to repeat my order several times, then shorted me on my change and tried saying he thought it was a tip for him….?

We love Dutch Bros, coffee, and Service. And if there’s ever any problems with an order, they are quick to fix it at any location. We travel a lot and have gotten the wrong drink or it just doesn’t taste right and we have gone to the next Dutch Bros location and they fix it without question
Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer almond milk and oat milk.
Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves the popping Boba and our dog loves the pupa-chinos

Dutch brothers is the best coffee franchise ever....fight me. Consistency is great, general quality is good, always served with a smile, freebies given out whenever check. When i moved from oregon to illinois, the thing i lement leaving behind the most is dutch brothers. Every time i go back, this is one of my first stops.
