I have been picking up large containers of coffee for my church from the Sherwood site for the past years. Consistently their staff offers to carry the containers to my vehicle; they initiate service, show respect to an old man and are always pleasant. Their service is outstanding.
Never had a bad experience at any Dutch Bros. The drinks have always been great, service has been excellent. Love the little conversations with the baristas. The "Double Torture " is my favorite
We love Dutch Bros, coffee, and Service. And if there’s ever any problems with an order, they are quick to fix it at any location.
We travel a lot and have gotten the wrong drink or it just doesn’t taste right and we have gone to the next Dutch Bros location and they fix it without question
