“5 stars for the food and the Teppanyaki chef. He was great and food was really yummy! 2 stars for the other server (Hispanic female?) Clearly didn't know her menu and quoted (and charged) incorrect pricing for beer and even delivered the wrong beer. Nowhere on my receipt did it say the word "Sapporo", yet that's what I got. Her response was "Oh, well, you asked about an entirely different beer." Yeah, I did ask... so? I didn't really understand that one either?!?!Know your menu... It's really not that big or complicated! Nothing ruins a great (yet pretty expensive) night out more than a server who ether doesn't know what they're doing or is just lazy/sloppy. Take pride in your craft!“

“We had a lunch reservation for 1:30 and they seated us on time. The wait staff came and took our drink order. After bringing back the Iced Teas they gave us a few minutes more to select our order. We decided on the Alfredo Noodle dish and Salmon Tacos. The food was outstanding and the price reasonable for today's standards. The food came right away. We noticed the tacos came with rice and asked to have it exchanged for asparagus. No worries and no extra charge. The wait staff made sure our iced tea glasses did not go empty. After the meal we received a huge Fruit Sundae with whipped cream and a big chocolate O. Again, no charge. Service, Food, Ambiance was very, very good. We had a delightful time and and have been telling all our friends and family about our experience. One more thing we appreciated: we did not feel rushed and enjoyed our meal. Way to go Oswego Grill!“

“Such good teriyaki. Light on sauce but the flavor was baked into the meat and it was such good meat. Quick service too, had two orders ready in 10 min, and super reasonable price especially for the amount of food (11/12 bucks for what lasted me two meals at home)“
