Worst Ihop I've been too. Took the waiter 25min to even acknowledge me standing at the door to even be seated. Took me literally looking at him and asking if he was going to keep ignoring me to even ask why I was here. After finally receiving my mobile order they had no silverware. No syrup, no condiments. Terrible server should be fired

We went to go get on the wait list for 13 people and we understood that their would be a wait but they made us wait a hour only to tell us they won't seat us. They were too worried about a group of 28 people coming in who made reservations but when we called earlier Ihop said they don't take reservations it's first come first serve. What a great mother's day experience.

Never got to eat. They say no reservations and we waited 1.5 hours then they told us they they had a reservation for 28 coming in and they couldn't fit us. Won't be back thats for sure. Very rude

My family and I went for breakfast on 4/19/25. It was busy, service was slow but everyone was nice and friendly! We took leftovers for my baby and when going to reheat things the next day, the hash browns had mold growing already. I called and told the manager who then repeatedly explained that they make hash browns fresh every day, they wash their hands, and clean everything. Obviously will not be returning but wanted others to be aware.

Only pancake house that serves the best is camp 18. It's an hour away. You have to be there before 2pm. It's speedy but so worth it. Pancake houses here have gone bad but not camp 18
I'm glad there is still a good family style restaurant with great food and service like IHOP. I do have a drive to get there, but I'm always pleased after I leave. It's worth the extra time. My servers have all been very attentive, pleasant and made good recommendations for me. Also love all the many choices of meals. Also the deals for us seniors! Thank you. 5 stars all around.

My server was there when I needed her. Didn't overstay her welcome. Silverware was placed and ready for all customers. Deserved tip received. Coffee cups never went empty. Food was delicious (I ordered a burger). Wasn't greasy nor was it dry. We all left full and delighted with the intention of returning soon.
