Nope, never again. The entire family ran to the restroom the second we finished our meal.

Being out of Nashville Hot saucy nuggs sucked. Missing out on my biscuit was a let down, but realizing there is no gravy with your large mashed potatoes is night ruining.

I went through the drive through last week starving and needing a quick bite. First I had to get around all of the construction, then to my horror the fries and chicken tasted like fish. Strong odor and taste of rancid oil and fish. I immediately tossed it and called to inform the manager. He said he does not need to change the oil as he filters it daily and to come back for a replacement. I would never want a replacement and repeat of that. Sad experience.

I got a cheese burger from A&W. It was dripping in ketchup & mustard. I tried to wipe some out with napkins, but it had already soaked into the bun. The ice cream isn't really ice cream, but maybe ice milk. It was also very bad. I would not recommend this location.

9 pieces of chicken for $16.00…it’s just not worth it.
This KFC is pretty good every time I go. I had to give it 4 star on service because of a recent visit they messed up my food and then they were fixing it and a newer employee stepped up accusing me of trying to get over. I had ordered one meal and in the picture on the menu it had fries,and that is what I always get with it, but then I ordered a second meal I said "on that ONE, can I please get mashed potatoes and gravy?". Then when I get the food at the drive thru window and go to leave I noticed no fries and two mashed potatoes so I went in to explain the misunderstanding and the new guy peeks his head around the corner and basically accused me of confusing THEM to get a free mash potato ???The employees were fixing it no questions understanding the confusion but this guy wanted to sit and argue and make me feel like I am trying to get a free petty food item when it was THEIR MISTAKE! How can you come at me like that when your PICTURE specifically shows fries!? Shouldn't I expect fries with that one? And as a customer if I point out a problem on YOUR part, don't try to switch it around and make me feel like a thief just so you don't have to admit your mistake...Usually when a restaurant makes a mistake they let you keep whatever they gave you because they can't take it back due to health codes, some go above and beyond and will give you a treat like a shake or a slice of pie just to smooth it all out, not argue over a tiny plastic container with $1.00 of potatoes in it! I probably could have given a lower score but I will be nice because the manager there is always nice and on top of things when he is there! And unlike most the others in the reviews I actually think he runs a pretty good place when he is on shift my food is always great and fast and there is never any problems when he is there.... The food I have gotten here is always fresh and good ?

Update 04/03/2024Just once I would like to come home with exactly what I ordered and looking like what I ordered. This time they missed the biscuits and the chicken was supposed to be 2 legs, 2 thighs and two breasts. What I got was 4 thighs and 2 wings. The "sauced" nuggets didn't look anything like the poster. Mine were nuggets splashed with sauce, not covered like the picture. The two pot pies were filled with chicken but very little of anything else... Gravy, carrots, peas were all missing. Very dry.Horrible management of inventory. Placed order at drive thru. Get to window and they are out of one item. Choices I was given were to wait 20 minutes, take something else or cancel whole order. Would not refund only the missing item (12 piece wings). I ended up taking more chicken which took an additional 8 minutes while they argued about how much! Got home and found biscuits and one potato missing. This is the second time the drive thru has messed up the order. Check your bag before leaving the window!

Worst experience I have ever had at a KFC. I ordered a five piece meal and only got four, the biscuit was the size of a silver dollar and hard as a hockey puck. The slaw tasted like it had gone bad. I got charged for a drink that was supposed to come with the meal. I would recommend avoiding the Sherwood Oregon location. When you spend $17 you expect the order to be fresh and right. So disappointing.
