We will not bring our family here anymore. I asked for a manager yesterday regarding employees using foul language in the arcade, and Parker the manager said we were lying and it never happened! What?
Parker is the rudest person I’ve ever come to speak with. He actually doesn’t even listen, he only speaks over you and his anger is disturbing. Not a kid safe place anymore IMO.
Parker the manager is a very angry and violent person. He accused me of trying to get free food and forgetting to tell the truth. Over a $24 poorly made pizza. Joel also untrusting went up stairs to see how much we didn’t eat. Rude staff usually means they only have one agenda and it’s not the customer.
The way the manager handled an issue ruined my son’s birthday party. I understand policies are policies however he did not need to make a scene and ruin our evening. As a frequent loyalist of Langers. I will never be returning.
I have been coming to Langers for over 4 years. We typically come once or twice a week as it is our local hang out. Usually always have a great time but after today’s experience I will never spend another dollar at this place. I brought my family for my son’s birthday party and they informed us they don’t allow cake at the party. They require you to purchase “their deserts” and cannot bring cake. I have hosted two other parties here in the last 2 years and have never had this issue. On top of it all the manager came in half way through the night and was very rude about addressing the issue ruining my son’s birthday party. I will never come back due to how the event was handled and how my family was treated.
We have visited every year during the summertime with our kids. $2 bowling, $2 indoor playground, $2 rock climbing, $2 laser tag... by far the best value for a family fun center.
Amazing staff super sweet and accommodating, the tack room was definitely our favorite the pool, the darts and the bowling everything was fun and clean
The service and the food were great. Jessii was a delight. Wonderful looking place.
Great cost effective place, clean & nice staff.
Visited on Labor Day, 09/01/2025 around 1:30 pm.
Pros: Fun laser tag arena, rock climbing wall, bowling, air hockey, claw machines, and even a family-friendly axe throwing booth. Full bar for adults, plus decent food and coffee drinks that are better than your average arcade fare.
Cons: Arcade is surprisingly small for such a big building. Food ordering is inconvenient (must order at the bar and pick up at a counter). Upstairs was closed, and the “sky walk” attraction has been shut down for years with no replacement. Staff was hit-or-miss — one employee ignored us but was quick to chat up groups of young women.
Bottom line: Fun for a short visit (kids loved laser tag and climbing), but overall underwhelming compared to how big and exciting it looks from the outside. Needs more attractions to feel like a complete experience.
Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)

Literally just love their laser tag as it's short n sweet as however wish it were longer tho as I literally enjoyed the zombie laser tag so that was fun as the employees kinda liked us as me n my older brother so we didn't disappoint them as they didn't disappoint us so they kinda cheered us on as of just us 2 so
Langer’s Entertainment Center offers a lot for families to do—rock climbing, bowling, laser tag, arcades. It’s well laid out and the facilities are clean. Unfortunately, the ropes course is closed permanently. We did not know this and the kids were really looking forward to it. We went on $2 days, where rock climbing, laser tag, bowling, etc., was all $2 per person per turn. The wait times for these attractions were not long and I appreciated only our group being the on the climbing wall when it was our turn. The games were quite pricey. Most games were $1.75 per turn, which drained the kids’ cards quickly. When we went to redeem our tickets, the prizes available were shockingly pricey. One person in our party had so few prizes available to them, they did not redeem their tickets. The food received compliments, but it was equally spendy for the quality. This is a good option for an occasional family outing but it is a budget buster. Worth it to say you went and to create the memories you do, but there are local alternatives that are more budget-friendly.
Had a fun time. Plenty of food and drink options, adult only section. Plenty of helpful staff. Had a great time!
Good service but the approach to throw the ball was sticky.
Langers is usually pretty great, today was a bit challenging. The guy running the bowling check-in didn't seem to know what he was doing, perhaps new. We were the only ones there, yet he requested we use the app to sign up for bowling. This took way longer than if he had checked us in on the computer. Then in the middle of our transaction, he started focusing on some other issue, completely ignoring us. We had to remind him to finish our transaction and get our shoe rentals. Hopefully the young man will have help/better training next time.
