The noodles are perfectly cooked with delicious sauce and the wine were perfectly paired. They have amazing wine selection. I will recommend this place to my families and friends.

One of my favorite restaurants!

BigsnYets Quarles and Walsh

Absolutely lovely restaurant with amazing Italian food. We had the escargot and lasagna. We were told the portion size of the lasagna was large, and it was. Everything was delicious!! The service was excellent. The decore is lovely. I highly recommend Mason.

We had a wonderful time here for my wife’s birthday! The staff and owner were all very friendly and the prices were extremely reasonable. I had a manhattan and it was perfect - high quality sweet vermouth, they stirred it properly so it was cold without shaking it and making it cloudy, and there were no ice shards in the drink. Perfection. The lasagna was also incredible and a HUGE portion. We will be back.

My family and I went here for the first time. We thought it would be good because of their 4.7 rating. I had the angle hair pasta with shrimp. It was very bland at best. The charcuterie plate was a joke. They give three different cheeses with three of the tiniest slices each. There was a huge bowl of pickled vegetables in the middle and very small amounts of meat and cheese. My wine was another joke. They give you a huge wine glass with a very small pour. If I'm paying $16 for a glass of wine that costs more than the whole bottle, they should give you a good pour. We were all very disappointed with the disproportionate sizes of everything. Extremely overpriced for what you get. We will not be eating there again!

Husband & I celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary, and we shared the Caprese appetizer and I had Bolognese and husband had Lasagne Classico. The pasta is homemade there daily. Two kinds of bread were served. This was our first visit here and they strived to make our evening all that we hoped for. The food was absolutely delicious and the servings were large enough to easily find yourself bringing home a doggy bag. My husband forgot his doggy bag, which the owner grabbed and caught up with us on our way to the car to give to him - very impressive and thankful.

Our search for a special occasion restaurant close to home ended Friday evening. Amazing food, great service. Sure it’s expensive, but absolutely worth it.

This was our second time dining at Mason. The first time was a few years ago during major covid. We dined outside. It was such a nice experience. Someone, the owner perhaps, was walking around with locally foraged huge mushrooms for you to choose to have grilled. We chose to do that! We were presented with the beautiful grilled mushrooms on a bed of pasta with an incredible buttery herbaceous sauce.
Tonight we ordered escargot. We travel to France often and we love escargot. I was excited to see escargot on the menu. We each ordered them. We both thought they were a bit mushy. They lacked the firmness one expects. They were baked in traditional snail butter.
Next we the charcuterie with pickled vegetables and fruit. Typical meats and cheeses, no complaints. The 3 pickled asparagus were fantastic! Then the rest of the pickled vegetables were pickled Brussel sprouts, 4 of them. Nobody like Brussel sprouts.
Entrees were flank steak $34 and Chicken Marsala $35. Both were specials and we did not ask the prices. One half of a pounded out chicken breast with some mushrooms and pasta for $35?
Don’t get we wrong, the food was very nice but not worth the price tag.
The staff is nice, but unfortunately isn’t very knowledgeable. Not a fault of theirs, but of management. TRAIN YOUR STAFF! They need to know, that means taste, the menu and wines. They can’t sell what they don’t know!
We did meet some regulars tonight who really enjoy the place so, maybe I’m wrong.

Not sure if Italian, French, or both Buuut - amazing place. Def go here!! You will not regret it.

I normally just eat steak but my wife loves pasta and our last time here was perfect so I made reservations. The first time we went, Dax gave us great recommendations and the food was AMAZING pluuus Dax is the best server. He is attentive and thoughtful. I decided whatever he suggested I would eat - it was the best pork chop and potatoes I have ever had. My wife loved her chicken Parmesan and daughter really liked her pasta with shrimps. Honestly, Dax makes that place. He is such a stellar guy and just downright the best. Anyway, highly suggest going to Mason and def try different stuff - a bit spendy but absolutely worth it. (We have been shocked trying new things.) Did I mention that Dax is awesome. (THX for the cheesecake. Both my daughters said they would go just for that.)
