I asked for extra ranch at the drive thru, and paid extra for it. They didn’t ask me how many I wanted, and rushed me through the drive thru. I got to the first window to pay and the employee did not make a single gesture or say a single word to me. I got to the second window, and I received my food, and I got a single ranch. I asked for more, regardless of the cost, and the manager proceeded to argue with me with 5 minutes until he finally gave up another singular ranch. It’s insane that I have to fight for a single ranch for my two combo meals, after I had already paid extra, from a multi billion dollar company. I’ve never had a problem with this at any other mcdonald’s, so this one must be very special.

Ordered food at 10:10 am drive through was full went inside to get food after trying to find a place to park they cancelled my order

I almost gave up on mcdonalds after Salem stores kept messing my orders up and my last straw was a sandwich with a boot print in it. I forgot the sherwood mcdonalds has never treated me bad. This is literally the only mcdonalds left I'll eat at because they've always treated me good and made my food well. Avoid salem oregon mcdonalds

I don't understand how, being a FAST food restaurant, it can take 15 minutes just to deliver an order of Nuggets and Potatoes, they should retrain their staff.

We went a couple days ago and did a drive through order. I usually don't leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but I wanted to say that this was literally the fastest drive through order I've had in my life. There were two cars ahead of me in line. I put my order in and drove around the corner and both cars had been served. They took my payment and as soon as I pulled up to the 2nd window my order was ready! (two of the items had the changes we had asked for...items 100% correct) My high school kids also commented how fast it was. Nice work!!

McDonald’s is my kind of place they’ll even serve you rattlesnakes pickles up your nose potato chips between your toes ketchup down your back I want my money back

Extremely long wait if you’re dining in others take priority even though you’ve paid first

The need to deal with fly issues as they’re flying around where you dine and the self checkout area

Soda dispenser area should be cleaned more often since spider webs and active spider crawling near the napkin dispenser

They need to do better…the tables also are dirty

Multiple times I’ve either placed an order in the app and gone to pick it up and they’ve closed way earlier than they were supposed to according to their hours, or placed an order in the app for breakfast, gotten there to pick it up and they make me sit there at the window and wait until after breakfast time ends, after I’ve already payed for it just to tell me they can’t give me my order because breakfast is over

Worse customer service I've ever had. I went in on my lunch break ordered a double quarter pounder meal. I received 2 humber dry AF and a fry. I didn't have time to go back Because I only have a half hour for lunch. I go back on Monday and talk to someone there.And they said do you have the receipt?I said no.They said we can't help you. I work outside and the weather as a flagger I worked long out of a hard hours and I should be able Because I paid for it. And?
They go they can't help me because I don't have a receipt like I can't carry the receipts around it should gave me. Where's customer service i've ever had The manager is not a good manger.

Vegetarian options: there’s ice creams and stuff like that, there’s items without any meat you can get so there’s that.

Parking: parking is fine, it’s literally right out in front of the building, it’s not at all hard to find parking.

Kid-friendliness: there’s a play place, just about every mcdonald’s has it..not much to say about it. i haven’t been in since i was 8 but it looks fine, idk how much they clean it or how often lol.
