Had a bad customer service day at McDonald's. I had put in and paid for my mobile order at 10:24 am. Was in a fairly large line at 10:27, but still had my mobile order code since 10:24. They refused to fill my order since I didn't make it to the window until 10:31. Worst service I've had in a long time.

Everytime I come to this location there is an older lady that’s usually working the drive through and I am always met with her being rude and unfriendly. Her customer service sucks. Beware of the older lady that works the drive thru in the mornings. She is one of the most unpleasant, unhappy, and meanest people I have ever come across in Sherwood.
