First, the good: I’m a big fan of MOD overall, and this location delivers where it counts on people and product. The staff was super friendly, upbeat, and efficient, and the pizza was good—exactly what I expect from MOD. It’s fast, customizable, and consistently solid, which is why I keep coming back to the brand.
Now the hard part—and I genuinely hope the owner or franchisee is reading this. The restaurant was filthy. Light fixtures had burned-out bulbs, there’s a wall with a bunch of exposed Velcro that just looks unfinished, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. The soda display case was pulled out with visible trash piled behind it—clearly in plain sight while you’re checking out. If the front of the house looks like this, it naturally makes you wonder what the back of the house looks like. This location needs immediate attention on cleanliness and basic maintenance, because it’s falling well short of what the MOD brand should represent.

This place used to be good. Never again. They advertise it as unlimited toppings but are so stingy. I placed an order for pickup and other than the fact that all the labels were mixed up and boxes were mislabeled, the sauce & cheese were nonexistent. How do you consider this a pizza? I usually don’t tip when picking up but this time I tipped well because it was a big order. Wish I didn’t. 0 stars if I could

I ordered a salad to go and when i got home to open it it had the full stock of the roman lettuce leaf in my salad and all the white parts off the lettuce no greens ,I was sadly disappointed

Go somewhere else. Get a hotdog eat a frozen pizza just don't eat here. Not hand tossed the kid did not even know what pizza is. Taste like cardboard. Not sure why a counter person needs a tip but did not hesitate to ask. Just don't go there not a good place.

David is an amazing manager who has one of the cleanest most well organized and allergy friendly mod pizza joints in the Oregon, area that I’ve been to. I have severe dairy allergies and he was able to make me a pizza without cross contaminating anything and keeping his entire area cross contaminant free thank you again for the great experience David.

I ordered with grub hub and they did a great job with my pizza! They did forget my little no name cake tho. But it's okay I understand it's a Friday night and they are super busy and it's a tiny little cake. But great job on my pizza guys!

Alexis served us today and she was so rude. From the moment we walked in, she was annoyed that we were there. My wife is visually impaired which Alexis was able to notice and still was very impatient and annoyed while taking our order. They were not busy nor was there anyone behind us. I don't really understand where all her attitude was coming from, but her service made my family feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We had the worst experience here and we would not recommend anyone to give this location your business.
