Two girls that work here are extremely rude they just stare at you when you walk in - no greeting no smile. Just a silent staring contest & they look like they don’t have a single thought behind those eyes. Maybe work on your customer service if that’s the line of work you choose to be in.

It was terrible and awful. I waited an hour for one order. There was absolutely no courtesy or friendliness. There was hair in the food. The food was undercooked. The staff were extremely rude. I do not recommend this place at all. I have filed a complaint against them. I strongly advise you not to come here or eat from this place.

If you get the teriyaki chicken, you need to check for teriyaki sauce. They will forget to give it to you every time. I have to ask twice, no matter who is working, and this time, I forgot to look and I made it home. Stupid me. I knew they wouldn't give it, and I forgot.

One day after my birthday I go to panda express to redeem my offer for free small entry and when I scanned they said it didn’t work so I I keep scanning it and it wouldn’t work so I had to pay 5 dollars
This is my favorite to go to. Being a diabetic I watch what I drink. Most pandas have a tea station set up but they never use it. So I decided to ask if they had black tea. The manager went ahead and started brewing fresh tea for me. I was honestly ready to drink water. This little gesture is the reason I come to this location and will continue to
