It was terrible and awful. I waited an hour for one order. There was absolutely no courtesy or friendliness. There was hair in the food. The food was undercooked. The staff were extremely rude. I do not recommend this place at all. I have filed a complaint against them. I strongly advise you not to come here or eat from this place.

If you get the teriyaki chicken, you need to check for teriyaki sauce. They will forget to give it to you every time. I have to ask twice, no matter who is working, and this time, I forgot to look and I made it home. Stupid me. I knew they wouldn't give it, and I forgot.

This is my favorite to go to. Being a diabetic I watch what I drink. Most pandas have a tea station set up but they never use it. So I decided to ask if they had black tea. The manager went ahead and started brewing fresh tea for me. I was honestly ready to drink water. This little gesture is the reason I come to this location and will continue to

They forgot my 2 entrees… I had placed an online order from Ubereats and I had called the store ahead and requested extra teriyaki sauce which they were able to do and was satisfied with everything else. But when I pulled out the plate that was supposed to have the teriyaki chicken in it felt super light. And when I opened it there was no chicken… I had intentionally ordered the chicken as we didn’t have enough food at the party and some of my guests specifically requested the item. So I had to disappoint them. And I couldn’t just leave the party to go back to get more.
This location was just alright. Didn’t taste the freshest. Nice workers though.

Bad customer service. Bad attitudes. If the food wasn’t good. I’d stop going. I just bought a 3 entre combo and an Asian women looked at me up and down and told this young woman, who was already helping me, I got this and she slipped my three entrees in one container, right on top of my rice and chowmein, on both orders and contaminated my rice and chowmein with flavors we didn’t want on top. Every other time I received two entrees rice and chowmein in one box and separate box container with 3rd entree in it. I was in work attire and I’m Hispanic, I truly believe. She looked down on me and treated me with disrespect. I seem to get attitude almost every time. Another time a young girl was also laughing at me hysterically and would not stop. I looked at her and not rudely and she kept laughing looking directly at me with other employees next to her. I don’t know if she’s the owner’s daughter. But she hangs out in there on her off days. Out of uniform. I’m wondering if others have experienced this as well. I hate complaining but it is a sad thing that I don’t feel I’m being treated as equal as others at this Sherwood Oregon Panda Express.
