They forgot my 2 entrees… I had placed an online order from Ubereats and I had called the store ahead and requested extra teriyaki sauce which they were able to do and was satisfied with everything else. But when I pulled out the plate that was supposed to have the teriyaki chicken in it felt super light. And when I opened it there was no chicken… I had intentionally ordered the chicken as we didn’t have enough food at the party and some of my guests specifically requested the item. So I had to disappoint them. And I couldn’t just leave the party to go back to get more.

Bad customer service. Bad attitudes. If the food wasn’t good. I’d stop going. I just bought a 3 entre combo and an Asian women looked at me up and down and told this young woman, who was already helping me, I got this and she slipped my three entrees in one container, right on top of my rice and chowmein, on both orders and contaminated my rice and chowmein with flavors we didn’t want on top. Every other time I received two entrees rice and chowmein in one box and separate box container with 3rd entree in it. I was in work attire and I’m Hispanic, I truly believe. She looked down on me and treated me with disrespect. I seem to get attitude almost every time. Another time a young girl was also laughing at me hysterically and would not stop. I looked at her and not rudely and she kept laughing looking directly at me with other employees next to her. I don’t know if she’s the owner’s daughter. But she hangs out in there on her off days. Out of uniform. I’m wondering if others have experienced this as well. I hate complaining but it is a sad thing that I don’t feel I’m being treated as equal as others at this Sherwood Oregon Panda Express.

Panda Express always has good, consistent food. What I appreciate about this restaurant is that there is no tip expectation. This restaurant was clean and the service was excellent.

Across the board, 4+all except their portioning. I've been coming here since 2018 around once a month whether for me or the family and seems like there is no standard of portioning. Really makes it difficult to determine if I got my money's worth since there's no consistency. Take today for instance, I was going to buy 5 plates but after seeing how much rice and chowmein he put in the container I decided to stick to just 1. Went to McDonald's! I don't see myself returning to this location.

Food is what is to be expected from quick Chinese but I had to come in and give 5 stars for the staff who were incredibly friendly and patient as I ordered with my two littles.
Panda is always consistent with good food Sherwood location is a well managed store food is always hot and fresh
