Paid too much for some microwaved food..... Awful music droning, it was the closest place to the shop that was working on my car.... Next time I'll walk a little farther down the road

Elise was amazing in helping us with our order and being patient after we had just gone through a traumatic experience. The food really helped us and was delicious.

Visiting has taught me of what to expect in service and food quality; I did learn this the hard way though. Worst experience this year, and the years almost over.

Food was fine and the drive-thru worker was nice but it took way too long and they forgot my chips and cookie. They were also out of Diet Pepsi. Overall, it seems like a very poorly run Panera.
I wonder why, every time I eat at the Sherwood Panera the tables are super sticky? Do they not know how to rinse their rags out? I witnessed two ladies having lunch that had brought their own tablecloth. They said they do it because the tables are always so sticky. Also, liked it better when you didn't have self service from the kitchen. Short staffed, maybe.

We waited an hour to get our food still they have not done it yet
Is the average time to make a grilled cheese always an hour at 6pm on a Thursday?

My order of a simple cup of coffee is apparently too hard for them to process, even when placing the order on the app while sitting in their store right next to the pickup window. It's not the first time either. The order is magically ready, without anything actually happening. Bring your cups back in front of the counter already.

I was wondering whether or not to go for lunch, because a person recommended it to us, but when we saw the comments on this post we had the doubt.
But I gave him the opportunity by going to his Instagram and we have no regrets.
We ordered 3 dishes of: Turkey & Cheddar Sandwich & Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and a Cinnamon Roll. Everything was delicious, the dishes are not big but for its value it is a tremendous dish
We paid for the 3 dishes + a Mango smoothie + 2 Pepsi Diet and 1 Cinnamon Roll $45 almost $46 dollars
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwiches, salads and pastas
Dietary restrictions: Lots of variety of salad
Parking: Wide and free
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors and special tables for your location

Rarely a good experience. Aside from being overpriced, and taking ages to get the food, it’s almost always incorrectly made, cold, or just gross. Tonight’s sandwich was drenched in a sauce that must’ve been left out for hours, and a chunky cold bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup. Tried delivery a few weeks ago and got the wrong soups, no side baguettes. Just a flop of a place.

They have a drive through!!! What????
Since they gutted the menu Panera is not the same. Not the employees fault but Panera has started the long march to irrelevance. Avoid at all costs

I used to love Panera in the early 2010s, but haven’t been in a number of years. I found an old gift card, so we decided to go out. I’m not sure if it’s this location or the entire chain, but it was definitely not as good as I remember, and SO expensive. Total was $31 for not much food for two people. Most of the tables were dirty, so ended up having to sit in the sun because it was the only clean table we could find in the mostly-empty restaurant. We waited over 15 minutes for our order, and when we got it, my Mac and cheese was cold. Not lukewarm like they nuked it 15 minutes before I got it, but I but into a noodle that felt like it just came out of the refrigerator. We asked them to heat it more, but even after, it didn’t taste as good as I remember. We left feeling pretty disappointed.

While I do enjoy some of the food here, I have been shocked by the massively increased price of items recently and will not be returning. The pick two is almost $20 at this point which I cannot justify. It used to be $10 just 4 years ago. Even worse, the cup of Mac and Cheese was $7, was about 1/2 cup serving, and tasted like Pasta Roni. At this point, I'm done with Panera. So disappointed.
