I waited in the drive-through line for 15 minutes without it moving, myself, and another car both had to reverse out of the line. The line still hadnāt moved when I had gotten my Starbucks and left the parking lot. 0/10 idk what theyāre doing there but itās not it.

Update: They prioritize the drive-thru over rapid pick-up orders that are beyond due their stated pick-up time. I know that for a fact because my sister went through the drive-thru at the same time by coincidence. I came out here on my bike in the pouring rain just to wait around for 10-15 minutes being the first person on the pickup screen 95% of the time for a you pick two. Never coming back. Being shortstaffed is one thing but this is just unacceptable, what appeared to be a manager was on the line too.
Old Review: 2 Bowls of Chicken Noodle soup, and they were both basically all-brough. I counted how many peices of noodle was in one bowl and there was only 2.
The picture is a small soup and a 'large' mac n cheese. The amount of mac in the large bowl could have fit in the small bowl. Charged me for use of the large bowl apparently....

I got a chicken pesto and a lemonade at around 8:40pm and I know Iām not supposed to get orders at that time but I got my order quickly, I even spilled my lemonade and the employees were kind enough to give me a new one and didnāt make me feel embarrassed š the employees were very kind and chill. 10/10

Shrinkflation hits panera! The sandwich was pathetic, I had this sandwich months ago, and it was perfect. Now, this is just embarrassing , cannot condone will not be going back if this is how they're doing business. This is their chabata cheesesteak sandwich. Don't care about the service or the atmosphere.I paid for the food and the food with disappointing.I could buy a loaf of bread and eat that next time.
