Everything was good except I ordered boneless chicken wings and they brought me bone in. Then it took so long that my family was finished eating by the time they brought it out to me.

There was a long wait to get seated, but the staff was attentive and friendly. After ordering it only took about 10 minutes for our food to come out and it was marvelous. I mean, all red robins are gonna be about the same food wise, but this one was definitely 10/10.

It is not consistent with other locations and the onion rings did not taste good, maybe even a little sour. I am holding this to lower standards because lets face it- its basically just a slightly better Dennys but flat soda? I expect at least average food so I was disappointed

I received gift cards for Christmas and ordered online 2-hours in advance. Not only did they cancel my order less than 30 minutes before delivery, but the instructions told me to call the restaurant (at the correct number) in case the order would be made anyway.

I attempted to call the number in the email and on this Google listing and ended up in an endless loop of automated recordings even when I was told I’d be transferred to a team member. There was literally no way to speak to a human at the restaurant without driving there myself.

Now I’m stuck with gift cards I have no desire to use.

Red Robin has really pivoted to having an affordable way to get a meal if you're crafty. I was able to feed my two toddlers, my wife, and I for around 40 bucks. Yes I had to get a basic cheeseburger but everyone left satisfied.

Waitress was working the entire restaurant and bar by herself and knocked it out of the park. I would say the place was at least 2/3 full of customers. Service was prompt and friendly, food was great. No complaints. Suzanne was a Rockstar.

Tavern burger the best I've ever had. Add avocado, bacon and sauteed mushrooms with endless sweet potato fries !!! Soooo good.

Very very noisy! Not a good place for conversation. The tables are a little crowded. Service was adequate but the wait staff is very friendly, and good at checking for refills without hovering. They are almost always busy at mealtime so wait time can get a bit longer than usual. The food is good but I don't enjoy eating there.
