Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had gone here about a month ago with a not so favorable visit. I contacted the management group and they apologized for the visit and invited me back. So this review is for two visits after. We had a complete 180 difference of visits the service was spot on, the food was great and atmosphere was relaxed. Thank you for really listening to feedback and making changes.

Horrible experience. We ordered food to go. It took twice as long as they said and then gave us the wrong food. They said they would remake it but when we returned 20 min later they hadn't even started it because they still didn't understand what we ordered! They made one of the burgers right the first time so we took that one and got a refund for the rest. However it took 17 min just to get our money back. I had paid cash and apparently a manager had to give me the refund. They kept saying he was coming and it took him 17 min just to come talk to me. Won't ever go back.

This Red Robin is kinda a hit or miss, and this last visit left very much to be desired. Barely warm soggy fries, the cheese fondue that came with the pretzel bites was cold and had clumps of coagulation, and it felt like my burger sat in the window under a heat lamp way to long by the time I got it. To top it off, our gentleman server at the bar was snappy and abrasive. You could tell he wanted to get his tables gone. Not to mention, the wait was quite long when the restaurant was mostly empty. Yikes, gonna be taking a break for a while.

Every time I go to Red Robin in Sherwood Or I’m disappointed. I wasn’t going to return to this Red Robin but I had a friend that wanted to go. So here we are waiting for our meal over an hour, and the people that came in after us had their meals. We didn’t get the bottomless fries while we waited for our meals. Once we finally got our meals which were a salad and a burger. It was cold like it had set for the hour we waited for it. Then to top it off, the tab was mixed up with another table so we paid more than our bill. The waitress did fix it for us. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I visit the Tigard store 4 times a month and have the best service and food a person could ask for.

Unfortunately I had an ugly experience here , came with a family of 10 on top of myself being pregnant, they had initially sat us in a booth but due to splitting up it was less people (5) there was a waitress//host who had took me and my family off of a booth and crammed all 10 of us at the end of a booth along with a family with 4 . They proceeded to sit a family of 3 on the booth , she had made a comment and I made a comment back that I do mind parting tables and she said she will let her manager know.… Never seen the manager come to me with the concern of my comment and the waitress never passed me again. Or else I’d give her name. The volume of people was not a lot at the time I went which was 6:30pm -7:45 pm . Maybe train your young staff to be more mature in their behavior I almost lost my appetite. Thanks in advance for making your restaurant improvements:)!
But for my server , who was super nice and totally understand how I was feeling is beautiful inside and out , please keep her. Easy to talk to and very sweet ❤️🥹

The place was moderately busy it was a little past 6 pm when arrived and 3 people in our group and a group of 5 Teens behind us.
The outside was clean and so was the inside no one was waiting in front of us. We waited about 2 minutes to be seated. They didn't have menus and had to wait a extra minute at the table for them. Maybe even less than a minute.
Our server was prompt, friendly and as quick as possible and was handling a lot of tables.
The beverages took forever to be made. I had the bottomless root beer float and another had a milkshake. I asked for a Xtra glass of root beer to save time and the 3rd had iced tea. The root beer and tea arrived quickly but apparently the bartender was very backed up or they didn't want me to enjoy the bottomless float because that and the shake didn't arrive till at least 20 minutes after ordering them and after our food was ordered which took us 15 minutes to decide.

The food was excellent and out server was excellent and kept the iced tea refilled and asked me if I wanted more root beer but I really needed more ice cream but was full and this was after I finished my meal.
If management would have helped the bar then I would give service a better mark but our server did her best in my opinion.

If it is the policy to try to limit the bottomless float than I would be unhappy but I am traveling and. Don't know whether this was a one off or standard procedure.

Great customer service, and the food was hot and delicious.. Definitely consider getting the new pizza on the menu it was a huge hit !

Service was slow and not because it was to busy she just needed a little more training on to look at all your tables and assess what people need, my burger was Awesome...

We normally go to red robin in Tualatin by cabelas, but we went to this on in sherwood and it is 1000 times better. Food was much better, fries we hot, burgers weren't over cooked. Endless fries arrived promptly and we're fresh. Waitress was extremely friendly as we sat on the barside table.
Never going back to Tualatin, sherwood every time

Wasn’t informed on happy hour and didn’t know happy hour menu. Didn’t let us know about game fee and complained about how she was bothered the a/c worked better on other side… expensive
