I was in the area and decided to try this Thai restaurant. Restaurant is not very big, 12 tables. Half of the tables were taken. Restaurantis very clean. Every time I go to a new Thai restaurant I order Stir Fry Eggplant with chicken medium spice. Not every place can make that dish right. This time the taste of my dish was beyond my expectations! It was absolutely delicious, right amount of spices, good size portion, and they sauce was so amazing I had to scoop it of the plate with a spoon to finish all of it! Service is very friendly. The owner came around all tables to ask how people are doing, and how was their food. I left 30+% tip for such a great service and food. If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would absolutely do that. Love it!!!

Update 2025/09/19 - The food is just as good. - Service is just as Caring and Kind. Makes you feel welcome which is rare now. For example, wife asked for Thai ice tea with little less ice due to cold weather and they still fill the whole glass unlike others.

We've been to Thailand ( north & South) multiple times. Sabye is authentic and delicious! Atmosphere could be improved with fair-weather outdoor seating, but otherwise worth our 10 mile drive to get there.
Door dashed my usual order of tom Kha soup and the regular salad. Both contained rotten produce in them- the salad had moldy tomatoes & the mushrooms in the soup were bad. The food here used to be excellent- the prices have gone up and the quality way down. Will no longer be a patron

A very clean restaurant. The server was very helpful and professional. I ate Pad Thai Khon Kaen as a dine-in meal. Excellent flavor, nice shrimp, pork belly, and fried tofu, with rice noodles. I brought home for my wife, Pad See Ew, chicken, broccoli and noodles. Also two appetizers, mini dumplings and crab wrappers. This was a very positive dining experience.
