The food at Sophia’s is actually pretty fantastic, but every time we have gone, the service has gotten progressively worse. No one smiles or greets you. They often have a weird, rude attitude. I have never had anyone give me anything other than a blank stare as I order making me wonder whether they’ve heard me or if my order makes sense. Last time we went, we paid cash and were not given the “change” part of our change. It was only approximately 40 cents, but it’s bizarre to just not offer it and not say anything.
Additionally, the man (or men) who work behind the counter making the food are rude to customers when they interact with them and are frequently berating the women working the cash register. I’ve finally decided the good food does not outweigh the poor service.

Food: Tried the chicken plate and fries. The rice was fresh, the fries were crispy and the pita was just fantastic. The chicken itself had a little raw turmeric flavour but otherwise top notch.
Ambiance: small little joint in the middle of the premium outlets with great friendly service.

10/10!!! The best authentic Mediterranean food I've ever had. I got the lamb chop the first time and then the chicken shawarma both OUTSTANDING. Fall off the bone delicious. The owners are great. It's a very clean setting with outdoor seating. I will be back to visit every chance I get!
