I tried Sophia's Cafe for the first time today, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the meal I enjoyed this afternoon from their lunch specials. The owner came out to the dining room to speak with my daughter, and I; and, we enjoyed a pleasant conversation with him. Their portions were generous, too and service was outstanding and without a doubt the owners care a great deal about their customers. I was delighted to see a reasonably priced contemporary cafe that also brings authentic middle eastern cuisine and ambience to the heart of Sherwood. I will be going back soon and encourage you to do the same too.

This is my favorite Mediterranean place to eat. While I haven't had anything less than amazing, my go to is their chicken wrap. Whatever sause they use in it is killer (in a good way).

Ate lunch here today with 4 people. The food came out super fast, was hot and fresh, and smelled amazing. The taste for sure held up to the look and smell, it was amazing with great portion sizes. Sophia's never disappoints. It's always my first stop every time I come to Sherwood. The only thing better than the food is the kindness of the owners and staff.

We were celebrating a friends birthday and she chose Sophia's Cafe as a lunch spot. I got there early - the vibe is super casual. They had a reserved table ready for our group since we called ahead as there were 10 of us. I ordered the Greek salad and added gyro meat, an additional charge. Next time I will get the gyro salad since it's similar. We ordered hummus and pita for the table to try. As it's a walk up, each of us ordered our food. Food prep was quick and friendly. I really enjoyed me entree, lots of classic Mediterranean flavors and the gyro meat was tender and delicious. I will definitely go back to try more on menu. The staff provided a complimentary baklava desert to the birthday girl - really nice touch!!!
