Both times I’ve been here the staff have been quite rude and the drinks have not been up to par. It’s a shame because it does look like such a nice location.

Give me broken cups coffee leaking out of them getting all over my car and me as they handed them to me. I asked for one of them to be stirred, and when they handed me the coffee it wasn’t I asked if they would stir it. He said they don’t really come stirred and I asked if he would he said we’ll just do it next time. By far the worst service and attitude I’ve ever dealt with, and I will definitely never tip them again

Fast and friendly place to get coffee. Occasional issue with drink orders, but just regarding little things (caramel drizzle added when none was requested). Nothing that makes the coffee not consumable.

They are fast and friendly when it's slow; early mornings at about 6am it's pretty dead. Otherwise, it's Starbucks coffee and this location has never burnt the beans while making espresso. It feels overpriced for drive through coffee, but they are one of the few places open early in the mornings so they have a market and somewhat repeat customers.

Been here 10 days in a row and ordered a blonde roast everyday. Never had it made. Brand new renovation, same old trash Starbucks that can’t make the basic drink. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I can't drink the drink if I don't receive a straw only one time I've ordered from here I've gotten a straw; every other order I haven't. being a person who's deviously worked in a fast pace franchise, it's certainly do-able to include utensils. I get it, it's just a straw, but I myself personally don't carry a straw with me every where I go. do better before I take your job and do It better

Aaahhh, this Starbucks is the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. The morning staff is phenomenal-Hi, Laura! They know our drinks so I just say hello and voila, our order is placed and we are in and out of the drive thru within a couple of minutes. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and organized. I’d give more stars if I could.
