I just want to thank you for being patient with me. I ordered a nitro and I had an issue two times, with the foam build up in the drink. The 3rd time I just ordered a different drink. I thank you for being kind and explaining about the nitro drink.

Went through the drive through after having a rough morning and some beautiful girl with brown hair greeted me so kindly then asked for my lip combo because I’m “killing it”. Smiled my entire drive home because she made my whole day. Thank you girl with brown hair

I asked for a lemon loaf and asked for it not to be heated. They said they don’t because the icing melts. Cool. I get my food and my icing is melting cuz they heated it.
I asked for oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit. They gave me agave syrup instead with no spoon for the oatmeal.
When I drove back around there was no acknowledgement. I think to those who especially have kids and can’t take them out of the car and have to really rely on drive through - go to the Starbucks by Walmart in Sherwood.
My family have been coming to this one for years but post Covid their staff has completely changed.

The new brewed Anniversary coffee is not a good blend. Taste old with sediment at the bottom of my cup. I was told this is the way the coffee is now brewed.

I met up with a couple of girlfriends to work. I did not eat but their water was excellent. I had already eaten before I came because I had another meeting at a different restaurant. But my girlfriend's ate and the food looked awesome and the service was fast. Atmosphere was perfect for working.

When I ordered my drink, they said it would be $1 extra for no ice. This is frustrating to me because I get no ice due to sensitive teeth. I don't think I should have to pay extra for having a condition that makes it hurt to drink something with ice.
After I got home and finished fishing the ice out of my drink, I checked on the app and through the app there is currently no additional charge for no ice. The downside of this is you can't use a reusable cup if you order through the app.
I assume that charging extra for no ice is a new company policy and not specific to this location, so this review is less about my experience at this particular location and more about the company as a whole.
