Have you ever walked into a place and gotten goose bump…, “in a good way, like OMG is this what Heaven feels like, because all the ladies working midday today 3/6/2024 are Angels ?” Tanya, lights you up, with her electric smile and her contagious energy. I met up with a couple of girlfriends to work. I did not eat but their water was excellent. I had already eaten before I came because I had another meeting at a different restaurant. But my girlfriend's ate and the food looked awesome and the service was fast. Atmosphere was perfect for working.

When I ordered my drink, they said it would be $1 extra for no ice. This is frustrating to me because I get no ice due to sensitive teeth. I don't think I should have to pay extra for having a condition that makes it hurt to drink something with ice.After I got home and finished fishing the ice out of my drink, I checked on the app and through the app there is currently no additional charge for no ice. The downside of this is you can't use a reusable cup if you order through the app.I assume that charging extra for no ice is a new company policy and not specific to this location, so this review is less about my experience at this particular location and more about the company as a whole.

I love this Starbucks but lately the drive thru takes at least 20 min in line. In the past it was 5-10 min. Employees are cool

Ordered an iced coffee with heavy cream. $4.55? Tasted extremely old. I mean like old day old coffee. Took it back and ordered a Venti Iced Americano with heavy cream. $3.55. It cost a buck more to have old coffee than fresh brewed espresso. They replaced it with a Grande Americano. Politely told them that I paid 4.55 for the iced coffee and it's getting replaced with a much cheaper americano. They said they would fix it again but now I'm left with three drinks and they wouldn't take them back. The resolution was to give be a drink carrier. Now we have four drinks that I have to figure out what to do with instead of two. The manager voluntarily came over and started to chat it up. I asked how old the iced coffee was and she said it was made fresh at 4am. It's now 9:30. She said that it's good for 12 hours. Gross. $4.55 for old coffee. Next time, stick to the fresher and cheaper americano.
