I’ve had nothing but good experiences since they have had new ownership here . The sandwiches are fresh and made neatly . The employees are nice and helpful. I even ordered at 8 pm at night and had delicious sandwiches and great service . I will be coming back ! Thankyou for making this subway nice again .

Great Subway experience! Quick service, attentive to detail. Clean establishment with lots of seating. Ethan, my sandwich artist of the day was excellent and very helpful. Great attitude and customer service.

This was the worst sub sandwich I had at Subway in my life.. First of all the young man who was making sandwiches, did not greet or even a hi.after waiting like 10 to 15 minutes before ,the gentleman went in the back and asked the other young gentleman to clock in..So he clocks in n goes to put gloves on with out washing his hand.So I asked him to wash his hands.sigh... My husband orders a foot long sandwich which there was barely anything on it...Now to my sandwich,I ordered a chicken bacon ranch ,I ask for extra cheese I'm told there's a charge,ok I didn't care.The young man puts my condiments on the sandwich.ok! Almost done .I ask for a drink .we got that and 4 cookies..To goWe cut home I take a bite and something doesn't taste right.Smells and taste like fish..no joke..I didn't order Tuna ..I ordered chicken...I told my husband to taste the meat.He also says taste like fish..I can't stomach the smell.In the garbage it goes..Is this because I asked the young man just starting work to wash his hands so theread? I don't know..I didn't really need to here them talking about how many days you over worked.Part of the $32 for Dinner went in the garbage.I'm not sure if the younman needs to go back to school because he didn't count the money He asks how much is here? Just disappointed!! Our experience..We will not be going back
Been coming here as infrequently as possible for several years, but had to again today. This place is consistently the most absurdly slow place to get food anywhere. There were 3 people in line, how long could that take?? Challenge accepted by the clowns “working”, 15 minutes later and the first guy was still waiting for his sammich. I left, my break isn’t long enough to come here ever again. How can they stay in business making 4 sandwiches an hour?? Never again.

This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a salad and it was delicious. Staff greeted me immediately when I walked in. The store was clean and looked well maintained. I went to dine in around 1145am - right before the lunch rush. I was able to have my meal made within 5 minutes.As I ate, I noticed that there were several online orders coming through. But there was also a line of people waiting to order. I can imagine it would be stressful to want to get your customers in line served yet also meet the time requirement on an online order. The 2 women working handled it well and efficiently. It would have probably helped if there had been a person working for the sole purpose of handling online orders so both lines (in person and digital) could move quickly.Overall - great experience!

Walked in with no one else but the worker there. My wife and I started ordering and 5 people showed up. Nicole behind the counter was on top of everything and got not only us but everyone taken care of and still had great customer service.

I'm not usually a big fan of Subway, but this one was fantastic. The flatbread was excellent, and everything was fresh. The girl working was very nice and made sure I got exactly what I ordered. Goes to show that when you have employees that care about the customer the product is always better. Will definitely be returning soon.

Literally the WORST location ever I freaking hate going there every time and regret when I do. I went in at 12:22 today 12/16/23 for my luch break and this male kid there acknowledged me but then told me he had an online order with three sandwiches that he was going to make first. That was my first red flag. He then took FOREVER and ultimately I never got to get my food and was late getting back from my lunch break. I had one freaking sandwich that would have taken him less time than the order that wasn't even there yet. He also had two co-workers in the back of the store who never bothered to come help. Literally the worst customer experience. You need to talk to your employees about in store customers on a time crunch vs customers that aren't there for their orders. I'm done with this subway location and will be letting everyone else know.
