I really wanted to like it but the burger was super soupy the chicken sandwich was sooooo weird & the milk shakes were disgusting 30 bucks for 2 sandwiches and 2 small milkshakes is highway robbery I am so not satisfied 😠great customer service and they are super nice people but the food is a hinge no for me

I LOVE having the ability to order gluten free and vegan cheeseburger! Crinkle cut fries are seasoned and crispy! The staff and professional and fun!

I stood in line for a few minutes. Wasn't served and left. Too many companies instruct their employees to prioritize drivethrough but this felt more blatent than usual. Do better

Consistently great food — I always stick with the number 2. The fries can occasionally be a little soggy, but that’s rare. The staff seem friendly and efficient, at least from what I see at the drive-thru window. Can be a bit slow at times, but it that just depends on the time of day.

wait times are too long for someone who orders for lunch. Spend 20 minutes waiting for food and only 5 minutes to eat
Average, solid, but average

This location is an old burger kng, and it looks like it. Food was much better than i expected, a bit more spendy than you might expect from a normal fast food place but the food is a cut above. Fries were too good..thats going to be a problem for me I think. Got a double burger with no bun (bed of lettuce) and it was perfect my husband loved his chicken sandwich. With the two sandwiches 1 L fries and 1Large drink the total was $23 but again it was really good. Will go back for sure.

My favorite burger place right now. No frills, no gimmicks, just high quality simple burgers and excellent service. Great sauce too. The Platonic ideal of what a burger place should be.

The service was top notch, so friendly and quick, I'll be giving them another shot based on that alone. But the chicken was so salty, like dry mouth salty. My 6 year old took one bit of the nugget and dropped it and went for a drink and ate the fries instead... Great fries. The shake was like a blended yohoo, not worth the price. I want to try their burgers and give them another shot.

Portland's answer to In N Out Burger, with minimalist decor reminiscent of an early 80s Wienerschnitzel. Food is very good (for fast food) with a more expansive menu than their inspiration. Honest, California-style burger and tasty, properly cooked crinkle-cut fries. Chicken sandwiches are delicious, too, although a bit on the salty side. Sherwood location is clean with friendly service and an efficient kitchen.
Super Deluxe won't completely scratch the itch for the California transplant craving In N Out, but it's a great burger nonetheless.
