I had such an outstanding experience at this Taco Bell today, and I want to give special recognition to Julio for his exceptional service. We accidentally received the wrong order in the drive-thru and didn’t realize it until we got home. When we went back, Julio helped us immediately with zero hesitation. He apologized sincerely, took responsibility right away, and told us we were welcome to keep the incorrect order they had given us. We chose not to, but the gesture alone showed how much he cares about customer satisfaction.
Julio remade our entire order quickly and with a level of professionalism and kindness that truly stood out. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, Julio was calm, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole interaction. He made what could have been a frustrating situation feel effortless and easy.
Julio made a huge difference in the overall experience. He is the kind of employee every business wishes they had — reliable, personable, and committed to doing things right. Taco Bell is lucky to have Julio, and we’ll definitely continue coming back because of the excellent service he provided today.

Update still no response from owner it’s been since Saturday when I called.
If I could give 1 star I would. The employee ( male at drive thru) and store managers are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Don’t ask for a receipt because you’ll just get the window slammed in your face. Then when you wait for 10 mins with 5 cars behind you someone comes to the window finally and you are still there waiting for a receipt they act like they don’t know what your saying, and then go “ it broken” I said what is? They said “ slip machine” I then ask why couldn’t anyone tell me that. She said she didn’t understand what I was saying. I told her it wasn’t her fault and I drove away. I called 4 days ago to complain to customer service but no one has reached out. Figures tho, no one wants to be held responsible or accountable for anything anymore.

I would have liked a person to take my order not the computer screen. I did takeout and asked for two mild sauce packets and didn't get any! It was takeout so my tacos were not as good.

My mom got a Mexican pizza from this place. It was urinated on. She tried it and so did my dad both confirmed it was vile. I don't know who did this but I will never be eating here again. Whatever employee found this funny you are disgusting and vile I hope you get caught and fired.

What on earth is going on with prices here!? Just moved here from MN and the build your own luxe cravings box was, and still is, $5.99. Here it is literally double the price at $12!! That is insane. The local franchise owners here have lost their minds.
Update: I also checked prices at the Anchorage, Alaska Taco Bell locations and to make things even worse, the build your own luxe cravings box is cheaper there than it is here. $11 in AK and somehow $12 here. Absolutely stupid.
By far the cleanest and most professional Taco Bell ANYWHERE in the nation! ALL Taco Bell locations need to model themselves after this store. Thank You!

The night managers (both dark hair, badly drawn eyebrows and big attitudes) are the only downfall of this place. They don't care about their jobs and it shows, their customer service is hugely lacking. Items are missing from orders 9/10 times, last night was missing a mere green salsa packet that comes with cantina tacos. I looked in my entire bag, wasn't there. So I went back thru asking for it and was BERATED over a .30 salsa packet, as if I were trying to steal her livelihood. She said she knew she put it in there, but she didn't, and used the interaction as an opportunity to display her awful attitude instead of just apologizing and moving on. Also had ordered light sauce on taco, but was drenched in it. Will include a photo.
