Crap service people need to learn how to do their job and speak English. Rude people not understanding what i paid for and opening up my food to prove to me that they put my sour cream inside when I ordered it on the side and had to consistantly tell her that I wanted it on the side. I am absolutely discussed with her touching my food to prove her point and not believing the customer when the customer is always right. In the end the spur cream that she placed on my quesadilla that I relieved on the side was on one tiny piece of the food and yet not on the side. She took it, made a new one and gave it to me in the side like I asked. She could have done her job corectly as I asked int he first place. The bathroom smelt absoluly unsanitary.

the lady working at the register was rude. she handed me my food and when i said “thank you! have a good night” she just looked at me and slammed the drive throw window. like what happened to basic courtesy? damn

Update : since leaving this review, I have moved to Sherwood and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this location, I’m not sure if it was change of staff, but they are always very friendly and their orders are hardly ever wrong, which is very rare for Taco Bell

Sweet kind young lady at drive thru was professional and went above to help me ,being as I have a very hard time reading the menu at drive thru she was great... but there was a big mix up regarding my debit card, had to go in speak with manager, her customer service was great everything work out , I was given a drink and cantina bowl to make up the difference for what I was extra charged ,sure hope the lady that took my order ended up having a good day the manager also
FYI the chicken cantina bowl is very good so was other items

They are super up tight about deliveries. I didn't know lobby was open. They made me wait in line and I still had to come inside to pick up. Cause it's so hard to hand me the order?

I had a craving for breakfast crunchwrap cravings satisfied tacobell was close by got my order in less then 10mins people where friendly will I go back absolutely

Typical taco bell food. But let's talk about Service. They refused to take orders at the cash register and make patrons use the kiosks. Except when you pay cash you have to go to the counter. How does that make any sense. They should be ashamed .

There’s hardly any meat in tacos they changed the menu it sucks .Burrito supreme use to be great now it’s SMALL AS HELL IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD GO TO MUCHAS GRACIES IN NEWBERG THE DRIVE IS WORTH IT. Or you can go right over to taco time right over by target it’s much better than Taco Bell

Man, I love Taco Bell. I know what to expect so I’m rarely let down. I had the roasted chicken crunch wrap supreme and I really enjoyed it. Chicken was 90¢ more than the beef in the app and worth it to me. The employees were happy, smiling and friendly.
