The staff was great as well as the food . The manager went out of his way to check with every customer to make shure everything was good. we had a great meal and a good vibe
Manager Tim is a jerk. Horrible customer service. Horrible. I was missing an entire meal from my DoorDash order. He said there was NOTHING he could do. He said it was the responsibility of DoorDash to open my sealed bag and make sure I received everything. I have never ever received a bag from DoorDash that was opened. Learn some customer service skills, Tim.
Food delivery was so slow we felt we were forgotten. Got our salads and then over 30 min later still no spaghetti. Not sure what the wait would be for Spaghetti. One star maybe.
